ANSWER THE MINISTER OF STATE FOR FISHERIES, ANIMAL HUSBANDRY AND DAIRYING (PROF. S.P. SINGH BAGHEL) (a) Yes, Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying is implementing “National Programme for Dairy Development (NPDD)” scheme across the country since 2014-15.
