SHRI DHAIRYASHIL MOHAN PATIL Will the Minister of YOUTH AFFAIRS AND SPORTS be pleased to state :- (a) the current status of sports projects, synthetic tracks and multi-purpose halls sanctioned under 'Khelo India' in Raigad, Ratnagiri and Sindhudurg districts; (b) whether there is any proposal to establish coastal/water sports excellence centers in these districts, considering the Konkan coastline; (c) the details of work done by NYKS during the last three years for skill development and leadership training of rural youth; and (d) whether there is any proposal to provide residential facilities for talented local sport persons? ANSWER THE MINISTER OF YOUTH AFFAIRS & SPORTS (DR. MANSUKH MANDAVIYA) (a) The details of all sports facilities under the Khelo India Scheme, such as Sports Infrastructure, Khelo India Centres (KIC), Khelo India State Centres of Excellence (KISCE) and Khelo India Accredited Academies (KIAA), across the country, including in Raigad, Ratnagiri and Sindhudurg districts, are available in the public domain on the dashboard of the Ministry at https://dashboard.kheloindia.gov.in. (b) and (d) There are no such proposals under consideration in this Ministry. (c) The details of programmes/activities organised by MY Bharat (erstwhile NYKS) for skill development and leadership training of rural youth during the last three years, are provided at Annexure - I.
