ANSWER वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय में राज्य मंत्री (श्री णिणिन प्रसाद) THE MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF COMMERCE & INDUSTRY (SHRI JITIN PRASADA) (a): In order to promote partnerships and collaborations between the industry and startups and encourage innovation-led growth in sectors like manufacturing, the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) is signing Memorandum of Understanding (MoUs) with various stakeholders including private companies for the specific purpose, inter alia, of mentoring, providing access to infrastructure, sharing resources and knowledge, assisting in market linkages and connecting to funding networks.
