JUNE MALIAH: Will the Minister of FINANCE be pleased to state: (a) the names and amount in rupees of the top five States in the country with the highest net loans given by the Union Government to States till 2025-26; and (b) the details of the loan provided by the Union Government to the States of Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat and Andhra Pradesh since 2023-24, year-wise?
