Court Cases/ local public hinderances; delay in receiving permission from
various departments as Forest/ National Highway Authority of India
(NHAI)/ Railway/ Public Works Department (PWD) etc.; delay in execution
due to imposition of Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) in National
Capital Region (NCR) cities; ban on construction work by the High Court,
etc.
