Will the Minister of FINANCE be pleased to state:
(a) whether the Special Window for Affordable and Mid-lncome Housing
Investment (SWAMIH) Fund has helped in reviving stalled affordable and
mid-income housing projects and protecting the interests of homebuyers
across the country;
(b) if so, the details thereof; and
(c) the number of housing projects sanctioned under SWAMIH since its
inception, along with the number of dwelling units completed and the total
number of homebuyers benefited?

(a), (b) & (c) Yes. As on June 30, 2026, 147 projects have been funded by
SWAMIH Fund in which 67,626 housing units have been handed over to the
homebuyers benefitting about 2,70,000 people.
