The creation of Intellectual Property by NGE is expected as a projected outcome following the development of the received proposals.
(e) Following the space sector reforms announced by the Government of India, the participation of start-ups and private enterprises has begun to create a more vibrant ecosystem for the commercialization of space products and services. However, the main issues being faced in commercialisation of space technologies are demand generation, capital investment, funding access, deep tech expertise gaps, availability of trained manpower, maturity of the available technology, availability of testing infrastructure, long development cycles and balancing national security with commercial interests.
