Will the Minister of ENVIRONMENT, FOREST AND CLIMATE CHANGE be pleased to
state:
(a) whether the Government has initiated the Tigers Outside Tiger Reserves (TOTR)
Project;
(b) if so, the details thereof along with the guidelines issued and the funds allocated
under the said project;
(c) whether any studies have been conducted to evaluate the economic and social
impact of the losses caused due to the deaths caused by such conflicts and if so,
the details thereof; and
(d) whether the said project is likely to be implemented in the Idukki and Wayanad
districts in Kerala and if so, the details thereof?
