Shri Rajesh Naranbhai Chudasama: Will the Minister of Finance be pleased to state: (a) the total number of eligible beneficiaries for issuance of Kisan Credit Cards; (b) the total number of Kisan Credit Cards issued since its inception, year and State-wise; (c) the amount of budget allocation and expenditure in the last five years under the scheme, year- wise; (d) the total outstanding loan amount under the KCC scheme in the last five years, year wise; and (e) the way by which the Government plans to reduce the rising outstanding amount under the KCC scheme?
