SHRI PRADYUT BORDOLOI: Will the Minister of RAILWAYS be pleased to state: (a) the details of the number of train services cancelled, partially cancelled, rescheduled, or regulated to facilitate the inauguration of new services by the Prime Minister or any Union Minister during the last five years; (b) the details of the names of such new services inaugurated and existing train services affected in each instance; (c) the details of the number of passengers affected by such cancellations or diversions, reservation-wise; (d) whether a full refund/compensation was made to passengers affected by such cancellations or diversions; and (e) if so, the details thereof including the compensation paid in each such instance and number of passengers compensated, number of passengers refunded, and criteria followed for determination of eligibility of passengers entitled to refund and/or compensation?
