SHRI DURAI VAIKO: Will the Minister of ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS सड़क परिवहन औि िाजमार्ग मंत्री be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government has approved/proposed the construction of a 4-lane access controlled Trichy Bypass, including a 3 km elevated corridor at Panjappur in Tiruchirappalli district of Tamil Nadu; (b) if so, the present status of the project including the details of land acquisition, tendering, and financial approval; (c) the total length, estimated cost and mode of implementation of the said project; (d) the timeline fixed for commencement and completion of the project; and (e) the steps being taken to ensure minimal traffic congestion and environmental impact during execution, considering the strategic importance of Panjappur as a major transport and logistics hub?
