Parliament Question: Unsold Inventory of DDA

GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF HOUSING AND URBAN AFFAIRS LOK SABHA UNSTARRED QUESTION NO. 915 TO BE ANSWRED ON DECEMBER 04, 2025 UNSOLD INVENTORY OF DDA NO. 915. SHRI BALWANT BASWANT WANKHADE:

Will the Minister of HOUSING AND URBAN AFFAIRS be pleased to state:

(a) the details of the unsold inventory of DDA flats, location-wise and category-wise, including Narela, Loknayak Puram, Siraspur, Dwarka, Azadpur, Jasola, Rohini, Ashoka Pahari and other notified locations covering EWS, Janta, LIG, MIG and HIG categories;

(b) the number of newly constructed DDA flats proposed to be offered for disposal during the financial year 2025-26, category-wise; and

(c) the total housing inventory (old and new) built by DDA in Narela, the total number of allotments made so far and the number of flats that remain unsold? ANSWER THE MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF HOUSING AND URBAN AFFAIRS (SHRI TOKHAN SAHU)

(a) The details of the unsold inventory of Delhi Development Authority

(DDA) flats in Delhi, location-wise and category-wise, as furnished by DDA is given in Annexure.

(b) DDA has furnished the details of DDA flats to be offered for the first time in the financial year 2025-26 (newly constructed) as under:

1. 1026 number of MIG 2-Bedroom-Hall-Kitchen (BHK) flats in Karkardooma under DDA Towering Heights Karkardooma Housing Scheme 2025.

2. 498 number of 1-Room Kitchen (RK) flats in Karkardooma for the allottees of the above-mentioned DDA Towering Hights Karkardooma Housing Scheme 2025 to be used as Community Service Personnel flats. …2/--2-

3. 3656 number of flats consisting of 856 HIG (3-BHK), 1800 MIG (2- BHK) and 1000 (1-BHK) under DDA Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025 in Pockets 9, 6 and 13, Sector A1 to A4, Narela.

4. In addition, 3666 number of flats consisting of 900 HIG (3-BHK), 1750 MIG (2-BHK) and 1016 EWS flats in Pocket 11, Sector A1 to A4, Narela are also likely to be offered in this financial year.
