(a) the details regarding the list of State Highways (SHs) in
Andhra Pradesh that have been proposed/under
consideration/notified as National Highways (NHs), district-wise,
especially those passing through Bapatla Lok Sabha Constituency;
(b) the total length of the above-mentioned SHs that have been
notified as NHs during the last five years across Andhra Pradesh,
especially those passing through Bapatla Lok Sabha Constituency;
(c) whether the Government has undertaken any expansion,
maintenance or upgradation works for SHs that have been notified
as NHs in Andhra Pradesh during the last five years;
(d) if so, the details regarding the total funds allocated/utilised for
such roads passing through Bapatla Lok Sabha Constituency; and
(e ) the details regarding the list of those SHs in Andhra Pradesh for
which proposals have been received or which are under
consideration or have been rejected to be notified as NHs especially
those passing through Bapatla Lok Sabha Constituency?

declared as National Highways (NHs) in the State of Andhra Pradesh
during the last five years, passing through various districts of the
State. Details of the same are Annexed. However, no National
Highway has been notified in the Bapatla Lok Sabha Constituency
during this period.
(c) & (d) Government has undertaken development and maintenance
works on NHs declared in the last five years in Andhra Pradesh.
Funds for NHs are allocated on a consolidated, State-wise basis and
not earmarked project-wise. The year-wise details of funds
allocated and expenditure incurred for the development and
maintenance of NHs in Andhra Pradesh during the last five years are
