Shri Bharatbhai Manubhai Sutariya: Will the MINISTER OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS सड़क परिवहन औि िाजमार्ग मंत्री be pleased to state: (a) whether the approval for a two lane Badhada to Gavadka highway stretch has been accorded, if so, the details thereof; and (b) whether the said highway stretch would be upgraded to four lane and if so, the comments of the Government in this regard? ANSWER THE MINISTER OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS (SHRI NITIN JAIRAM GADKARI) (a) to (b) Badhada to Gavadka section of National Highway (NH) – 351 is already having two-lanes with paved shoulders carriageway. Preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR) for examining the requirement of upgradation of this section of NH – 351 to four-lane NH standards has been taken up. The upgradation of this section of NH – 351 shall be subject to the outcome of DPR, traffic requirements, availability of Right of Way (RoW), inter-se-priority of works and synergy with PM Gati Shakti National Master Plan (NMP). *****
