(a) the number of sanctioned posts, in position and the number of vacancies, including reserved
posts across categories in the Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying;
(b) the number of vacancies in the Ministry and its Department, including reserved posts since
2014, year and category-wise; and
(c) the number of contractual employees in detail hired by the Ministry since 2014, year and

a) The Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying comprises of two
Departments, namely the Department of Fisheries and the Department of Animal Husbandry
and Dairying.
The details of sanctioned, in position and number of vacancies including reserved posts
for which the recruitment is carried out by the Department of Fisheries and the Department of
Animal Husbandry and Dairying, as on 03.12.2025, are as under: -
