Shri Jagadish Chandra Barma Basunia: Will the Minister of CULTURE be pleased to state: a) the number of sanctioned posts, in position and the number of vacancies, including reserved posts across categories at the Ministry of Culture; b) the details of the number of vacancies in the Ministry and Department, including to reserved posts since 2014, year and category wise; c) the details of the number of contractual employees hired since 2014, year and category- wise? ANSWER MINISTER OF CULTURE AND TOURISM (SHRI GAJENDRA SINGH SHEKHAWAT) a) The details of number of sanctioned posts, in position and number of vacancies as on date in Ministry of Culture are given at Annexure A. The information regarding category wise vacancy data is illustrated at Annexure B. b) As far as vacancies in Ministry of culture are concerned, such data is dynamic in nature and filling up of vacancies is continuous process, therefore no such data is maintained. c) The details of number of contractual employees (consultants) hired since 2014 is placed at Annexure C.
