SHRI VARUN CHAUDHRY: Will the Minister of RAILWAYS be pleased to state: (a) whether the proposal for laying of Yamunanagar to Chandigarh via Naraingarh railway line is pending with the Railways; and (b) if so, the details thereof along with timeframe of its completion? ANSWER MINISTER OF RAILWAYS, INFORMATION & BROADCASTING AND ELECTRONICS & INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (SHRI ASHWINI VAISHNAW) (a) & (b): Chandigarh – Yamunanagar via Naraingarh Railway Line project has been identified by Haryana Rail Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd.
