PART I-B CENTRAL SECTION Government Notifications Published Under Land Acquisition Act Only NARMADA, WATER RESOURCES, WATER SUPPLY & KALPSAR DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar, 25th March, 2026 (The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30th of 2013) District: Patan No:- AM/NJ/2026-53/AKN/K-11(1)/S.R.No-53, - In exercise of the Powers conferred under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act-2013 (30th of 2013), it seems to the Additional Collector (Narmada) Ahmedabad (empowered under Section-3(G) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act-2013 (30th of 2013), by State Government (Narmada, Water Resources, Water Supply & Kalpsar Department) letter No.LAQ/2026/Patan/07/M, Date:-09/02/2026) that there is Possibility that the land notified in the schedule appended herewith will be required for public purpose on account of the Construction Gosan Distribyutary Canal of Narmada Project. 1. It is here by declared under the provisions of Section-11(1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act-2013 (30th of 2013) that there is possibility that the aforesaid lands will be required for the notified purpose. All the persons interested in the said lands are hereby warned that not to obstruct or interface with any surveyers or any other persons employed upon the said land for the said purpose of acquisition. After the date of this notification, the Office assessing the compensation for the portions of said lands which may finally be acquired shall not take any agreement in respect of sale, lease, mortgage, mutation, exchange or disposal of the said land or modification into consideration under Section-22 of the said Act without approval of the Collector. 3. If the State Government satisfies that the aforesaid land are required for the aforesaid public purpose, then the final notification to that effect shall be published in accordance with law in due course under Section-19 of the said Act. If the acquisition is Waived partly or fully, then such fact shall be published properly in accordance with law. 4. Under Section-3(G) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act-2013 (30th of 2013), The State Government appoints the Deputy Collector and Special Land Acquisition Officer, Narmada Project, Patan to perform the functions of the Collector in respect of the said lands. 5. A plan of the land may be inspected in the Office of the Deputy Collector and Special Land Acquisition Officer, Narmada Project, Patan,Radhe Arcade third Floor Ranault Show Room Chansama Deesa Highway, Patan. on any working day during the working hours. 6. Objection to the acquisition, if any, may be filed by the person interested within 60 (Sixty) days from the date of publication of this notification as provided under Section-15 of the act before the Deputy Collector and Special Land Acquisition Officer, Narmada Project, Patan, Radhe Arcade third Floor Ranault Show Room Chansama Deesa Highway, Patan.
