NOTIFICATION Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar, 7th February, 2026 (The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act-2013 (30 of 2013)

District: Gandhinagar No: AM/NJ/2026/22/LAQ/2022/Gandhinagar/132/M : Whereas the Government of Gujarat, Narmada, Water Resources, Water Supply & Kalpsar Department, Gandhinagar Notification No AM/NJ/2024-87/AKN/K-11(1)/S.R.

No-87, Dated. 07/03/2024 issued under section-11(1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act-2013 has notified that the lands specified in the Schedule appended thereto are needed for the public purpose mentioned therein;

And Whereas Government has decided to withdraw land from the acquisition;

Now, Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 93(1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 the Government of Gujarat hereby withdraws the land specified in the Schedule appended hereto from the acquisition.

અને જ્યારે સરકારે સપાં ાદનમાાંથી જમીન પરત લેવાનુ નક્કી કય ુું છે; હવે, તેથી જમીન સાંપાદન અચધચનયમ-૨૦૧૩ની કલમ-૯૩(૧) મળેલ સિાની રૂએ ગુજરાત સરકાર આથી આ સાથે જોડેલ અનુસૂચિમાાં ચનર્દિષ્ટ કરેલ જમીન સાંપાદનમાાંથી પરત લેવાનુાં નક્કી કરે છે.
