NOTIFICATION Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar, 29th April, 2026 (The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act-2013 (30 OF 2013)
District: Bharuch LAQ Case No: 2/2018 No. AM/NJ/AKN/2026-62/Section-11(1)/Pre.Notification/Malpur-2/18/S.R.02/2026:- In exercise of the powers conferred under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act-2013 (30th of 2013), it seems to the Additional Collector (Narmada) Vadodara (empowered Under section-3(G) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act-2013 (30th of 2013), by State Government (Narmada, Water Resources, Water Supply & Kalpsar Department) letter No: LAQ/2023/ Bharuch/134/M, Date: 16/01/2026) that there is possibility that the land notified in the schedule appended here with will be required for public purpose on account of the construction of Malpur Tail Minor of Narmada Project.
(1) It is hereby declared under the provisions of section-11(1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act-2013 (30th of 2013) that there is possibility that the aforesaid lands will be required for the notified purpose.

(2) All the persons interested in the said lands are hereby warned that not to obstruct or interfere with any surveyors or any other persons employed upon the said land for the said purpose of acquisition. After the date of this
notification, the officer assessing the compensation for the portion of said lands which may finally be acquired shall not take any agreement in respect of sale, lease, mortgage, mutation, exchange or disposal of the said land or modification into consideration under section-22 of the said Act without approval of the Collector.
(3) If the State Government satisfies that the aforesaid land is required for the aforesaid public purpose then the final notification to that effect shall be published in accordance with law in due course under section-19 of the said Act. If the acquisition is waived partly or fully, Then such fact shall be published properly in accordance with law.
(4) Under section-3(G) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act-2013 (30th of 2013), The State Government appoints the Deputy Collector, and Special Land Acquisition Officer (Narmada Project) Narmada Vasahat Second Floor, Administrative Block, Bharuch to perform the functions of the Collector in respect of the said lands.
(5) A plan of the land may be inspected in the Office of the Deputy Collector and Special Land Acquisition Officer, Narmada Project, Narmada Vasahat Second Floor, Administrative Block, Bharuch On any working day during the working hours.
(6) Objection to the acquisition, if any may be filed by the person interested within 60 (Sixty) days from the date of Publication of this notification as provided under section-15 of the act before the Deputy Collector and Special Land Acquisition Officer (Narmada Project), “Narmada Vasahat Second Floor, Administrative Block, Bharuch.

૧. જમીન સાંપાદન, પુન:સ્થાપન અને પનુ વમસનમાાં વાજબી વળતર અને પારદચશમતાનો અચધકાર અચધચનયમ-૨૦૧૩ (૨૦૧૩નો ૩૦મો)ની કલમ-૧૧(૧)ની જોગવાઈઓ હેઠળ જાહેર કરવામાાં આવે છે કે, સદરહુ જમીનની ઉપર ચનર્દિષ્ટ કરેલ હેતુ માટે જરૂર પડવાનો સાંભવ છે.
૨. સદરહુ જમીનમાાં ચહત ધરાવતી તમામ વ્યચિઓન ે આથી િેતવણી આપવામાાં આવે છે. સદરહુું સાંપાદન હેતુ સારૂ સદરહુું જમીનમાાં કોઇ સવેયરો કે અન્ય વ્યચિઓએ હરકત કરવી નહીં આ જાહેરનામાની તારીખ પછી કલેક્ટરની માંજુરી ચવના વેિાણ પટ્ટા, ગીરો, નામફરે ચવચનમય દ્વારા અથવા સદરહુું જમીનોના ચનકાલ માટેનો અથવા સુધારા કરવા માટેનો કોઇ કરાર છેવટે સપાં ાર્દત કરવામા ાં આવે તેવા સદરહુું અચધચનયમની કલમ-૨૨ હેઠળ ધ્યાનમાાં લેશે નહીં.
૩. ગુજરાત સરકારને એવી ખાતરી થાય કે, સદરહુું જમીનોની ઉપયુિ જાહેર હેતુ માટે જરૂર છે. તો સદરહુ અચધચનયમની કલમ-૧૯ હેઠળ તે મતલબનુાં છેવટનુાં જાહેરનામુાં યોગ્ય સમયમાાં કાયદાનુસાર િચસદ્ધ કરવામાાં આવશે. સાંપાદન અશત:કે પુણમત: જતુ કયુમ હોય તો તે હકીકત કાયદાનુસાર યોગ્ય રીતે જાહેર કરવામાાં આવશે.
૪. જમીન સાંપાદન, પનુ :સ્થાપન અને પુનવમસનમા વાજબી વળતર અને પારદચશમતાનો અચધકાર અચધચનયમ-૨૦૧૩ (૨૦૧૩નો ૩૦મો) ની કલમ-૩(જી) હેઠળ સદરહુું જમીનના સાંબધમાાં કલેક્ટરના કાયો બજાવવા માટે રાજ્ય સરકાર ે નાયબ કલેક્ટર અને ખાસ જમીન સાંપાદન અચધકારીશ્રી, (નમમદા યોજના), નમમદા વસાહત નવુ વહીવટી સાંકુલ, બીજે માળ, ભોલાવ, ભરૂિને ઉિ અચધચનયમની જોગવાઇ હેઠળ ઉિ જમીનો સાંબધમાાં નીમે છે.
૫. જમીનના પ્લાનનુાં ચનર્રક્ષણ નાયબ કલેક્ટર અને ખાસ જમીન સાંપાદન અચધકારીશ્રી, (નમમદા યોજના), નમમદા વસાહત નવુ વહીવટી સાંકુલ, બીજે માળ, ભોલાવ, ભરૂિની કિેરીએ કામકાજના કોઇપણ ર્દવસ ે કિેરી સમય દરમ્યાન કરી શકાશે.
૬. સાંપાદન બાબતે ચહત ધરાવતી વ્યચિઓને જો કોઇ વાાંધાઓ હોય તો આ જાહેરનામુાં િચસદ્ધ થયા તારીખથી ૬૦ (સાાંઇઠ) ર્દવસમાાં કલમ-૧૫ની જોગવાઇઓ મુજબ નાયબ કલેક્ટર અને ખાસ જમીન સાંપાદન અચધકારીશ્રી, (નમમદા યોજના), નમમદા વસાહત નવ ુ વહીવટી સાંકુલ, બીજે માળ, ભોલાવ, ભરૂિને રજૂ કરવાના રહેશે.
