(1) Now therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (i) of section-2 of the "The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act-2013 (30 OF 2013) (hereinafter referred to as "THE ACT") it is hereby notified that the Government of Gujarat intends to acquire the said Land for the public purpose of Construction of Ganeshpura Minor-1 Canal of Narmada Project. (2) Now whereas a proposal is made for acquisition of the above-mentioned scheduled land for the purpose of Construction of Ganeshpura Minor-1 Canal of Narmada Project. The bare minimum area of land to be acquired as per SCHEDULE for the project is H. 00-12-60 Sq.mtr. of Village: Vami, Taluka: Tharad, District: Vav-Tharad (3) Now whereas it appears to the State Government that it is expedient to exempt in public interest to the area of H. 00-12--60 Sq.mtr. of land to be acquired for the above stated infrastructure project from the application of the provision of chapter II and III of the Act.
