NOTIFICATION Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar, 18th December, 2025 The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act-2013 (30th Of 2013)

District : Patan Case No. 03/2025 No: AM/NJ/2025-311/AKN/K-11(1)/S.R.No311:- In exercise of the Powers conferred under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act-2013 (30th of 2013), it seems to the Additional Collector (Narmada) Ahmedabad (empowered under Section-3(G) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act-2013 (30th of 2013), by State Government (Narmada, Water Resources, Water Supply & Kalpsar Department) letter No. LAQ/2025/Patan/ 53/M, Date:-17/11/2025) that there is Possibility that the land notified in the schedule appended herewith will be required for public purpose on account of the Construction Dahegam Minor-2 Canal of Narmada Project.

1. It is here by declared under the provisions of Section-11(1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act-2013 (30th of 2013) that there is possibility that the aforesaid lands will be required for the notified purpose.

2. All the persons interested in the said lands are hereby warned that not to obstruct or interface with any surveyers or any other persons employed upon the said land for the said purpose of acquisition. After the date of this

notification, the Office assessing the compensation for the portions of said lands which may finally be acquired shall not take any agreement in respect of sale, lease, mortgage, mutation, exchange or disposal of the said land or modification into consideration under Section-22 of the said Act without approval of the Collector.

3. If the State Government satisfies that the aforesaid land are required for the aforesaid public purpose, then the final notification to that effect shall be published in accordance with law in due course under Section-19 of the said Act. If the acquisition is Waived partly or fully, then such fact shall be published properly in accordance with law.

4. Under Section-3(G) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act-2013 (30th of 2013), The State Government appoints the Deputy Collector and Special Land Acquisition Officer, Narmada Project, Patan to perform the functions of the Collector in respect of the said lands.

5. A plan of the land may be inspected in the Office of the Deputy Collector and Special Land Acquisition Officer, Narmada Project, Patan, Radhe Arcade third Floor Ranault Show Room Chansama Deesa Highway, Patan on any working day during the working hours.

6. Objection to the acquisition, if any, may be filed by the person interested within 60 (Sixty) days from the date of publication of this notification as provided under Section-15 of the act before the Deputy Collector and Special Land Acquisition Officer, Narmada Project, Patan, Radhe Arcade third Floor Ranault Show Room Chansama Deesa Highway, Patan.

૧. આથી જમીન સાંપાદન, પનુ :સ્થાપન અને પનુ વમસવાટ અચધચનયમમાાં વાજબી વળતર અને પારદર્મકતા અચધકાર અચધચનયમ-૨૦૧૩ (૨૦૧૩નો ૩૦મો)ની કલમ-૧૧(૧) ની જોગવાઇઓ હેઠળ જાહેર કરવામાાં આવે છ ે કે, સદરહું જમીનની ઉપર ચનડદિષ્ટ કરેલ હેતુઓ માટે જરૂર પિવાનો સાંભવ છે.CENTRAL SECTION ] GUJARAT GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, EX., 30-12-2025 1173-3 ૨. સદરહું જમીનમા ાં ચહત ધરાવતી તમામ વ્યચિઓન ે આથી િેતવણી આપવામાાં આવે છે કે, સદરહું સાંપાદનના હેત ુાં સારૂ સદરહું જમીનમા ાં કોઈ સવેયરો ક ે અન્ય વ્યચિઓને હરકત કરવી નહી. આ જાહેરનામાની તારીખ પછી કલેક્ટરની માંજુરી ચવના વેિાણ, પટ્ટા, ગીરો, નામફેર, ચવચનમય દ્વારા અથવા સદરહું જમીનોના ચનકાલ માટેનો અથવા સુધારા કરવા માટેનો કોઈ કરાર છવે ટ ે સાંપાડદત કરવામાાં આવ ે તેવા સદરહું જમીનોના ભાગો માટે વળતર આકારતા અચધકારી સદરહું અચધચનયમની કલમ-૨૨ હેઠળ ધ્યાનમાાં લેર્ે નહી.

૩. ગુજરાત સરકારને એવી ખાત્રી થાય ક ે સદરહું જમીનોની ઉપયુમિ જાહેર હેત ુાં માટે જરૂર છે, તો સદરહું અચધચનયમની કલમ–૧૯ હેઠળ તે મતલબનુાં છેવટનુાં જાહેરનામુાં યોગ્ય સમયમા ાં કાયદાનુસાર પ્રચસદ્ધ કરવામાાં આવર્ે.સાંપાદન અર્ાંત: કે પુણમત: જતુાં કયુમ હોય તો તે હકીકત કાયદાનુસાર યોગ્ય રીત ે જાહેર કરવામાાંઆવર્ે.

૪. જમીન સાંપાદન, પુન:સ્થાપન અને પુનવમસવાટ અચધચનયમમા ાં વાજબી વળતર અને પારદર્મકતા અચધકાર અચધચનયમ-૨૦૧૩ (૨૦૧૩નો ૩૦મો)ની કલમ-૩(જી) હેઠળ ચજલ્લા કલેક્ટરને સદરહું જમીનોના સબાંધમાાં સદરહું અચધચનયમ હેઠળ કલેક્ટરના કાયો બજાવવા માટે રાજ્ય સરકાર નાયબ કલેક્ટર અને ખાસ જમીન સાંપાદન અચધકારી, નમમદા યોજના, પાટણને ઉિ અચધચનયમની જોગવાઈ હેઠળ ઉિ જમીનો સબાંધમાાં નીમે છે.

૫. જમીનના પ્લાનનુાં ચનરીક્ષણ નાયબ કલેક્ટર અને ખાસ જમીન સાંપાદન અચધકારી, નમમદા યોજના, રાધે આકેિ, ત્રીજો માળ, અાંચબકા નગર સોસાયટીની બાજુમા,ાં િાણસ્મા-િીસા રોિ, ઓવરબ્રીજ નીિ ે રેનોલ્ટ, ર્ોરૂમની કિેરીએ કામકાજના કોઇ પણ ડદવસે કિેરી સમય દરમ્યાન કરી ર્કાર્ે.

૬. સાંપાદન બાબત ે ચહત ધરાવતી વ્યચિને જો કોઈ, વાાંધાઓ હોય તો આ જાહેરનામુાં પ્રચસદ્ધ થયા તારીખથી ૬૦ (સાઈઠ) ડદવસમાાં કલમ- ૧૫ ની જોગવાઈઓ મુજબ નાયબ કલેક્ટર અને ખાસ જમીન સપાં ાદન અચધકારી, નમમદા યોજના, રાધે આકેિ, ત્રીજો માળ, અાંચબકા નગર સોસાયટીની બાજુમા,ાં િાણસ્મા-િીસા રોિ, ઓવરબ્રીજ નીિે રને ોલ્ટ, ર્ોરૂમની ઉપર રજ ુ કરવાના રહેર્ે.
