PART I-B CENTRAL SECTION Government Notifications Published Under Land Acquisition Act Only REVENUE DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar, 13th November, 2025 (The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013) District : Panchmahal No: AM-M-2025-794-LPN-1425-184-CH:- Whereas it appears to the Government of Gujarat that, the land specified in the SCHEDULE annexed hereto, is likely to be required to "Executive Engineer, Panchayat, Road and Building Department, Godhra" (hereinafter referred to as "The Requiring Body") for the public purpose for construction of infrastructure project of "PMGSY- Const. Jhaban Borkach Bhuriyakuwa Road” (hereinafter referred to as "The Public Purpose Project"). 1. Now whereas, the Government of Gujarat, Revenue Department has, in exercise of the powers conferred, by section 10A [inserted by section 3 of The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (Gujarat Amendment) Act, 2016(Gujarat Act No. 12 of 2016)] of The Right to I-B Ex.-1045 1045-11045-2 GUJARAT GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, EX., 15-11-2025 [ PART I-B Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013) (hereinafter referred to as "The Act") exempted, in public interest, by Notification No.AM-M-2025-109- LPN-1425-184-CH, dated: 27/02/2025, published in the Extraordinary Gazette of Gujarat Government, the below mentioned Scheduled area of land, to be acquired for the infrastructure project of the construction of “PMGSY - Const. Jhaban Borkach Bhuriyakuwa Road” from the application of the provisions of Chapter II and III of The Act, and 2. Now whereas, in exercise of the powers, conferred by sub-section (1) of section 43 of The Act, The Government of Gujarat has appointed, Additional Special Land Acquisition Officer, Panchmahal, Godhra as the officer of Rehabilitation and Resettlement in respect of the scheduled land to be acquired for construction of the captioned infrastructure project, and 3. Now whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of "The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013) (hereinafter referred to as The Act), the Government of Gujarat, has notified, vide Notification No. AM-M-2025- 425-LPN-1425-184-CH, dated: 09/07/2025 that the said scheduled land is required for the public purpose specified here above, 4. And whereas, the Government of Gujarat is satisfied after considering the report made by Additional Special Land Acquisition Officer, Panchmahal, Godhra under sub-section (2) of section 15 of The Act, that the said land is needed to be acquired for "The Public Purpose Project" specified in the schedule hereto, and 5. Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 19 of The Act, the Government of Gujarat hereby declares that the said scheduled land is required for the public purpose specified in the schedule hereto. 6. In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (g) of section-3 of The Act, the Government of Gujarat hereby appoints, Additional Special Land Acquisition Officer, Panchmahal, Godhra to perform the functions of a Collector, for all proceeding hereinafter to be carried out under The Act, in respect of the said scheduled lands. 7. The Plans of scheduled lands can be inspected at the Office of Additional Special Land Acquisition Officer, Panchmahal, Godhra. (૧) હવે જ્યારે ગુજરાત સરકારના અસાધારણ રાજ્યપત્રમાાં પ્રચસદ્ધ થયેલ મહેસૂલ ચવભાગના જાહેરનામા ક્રમાાંકઃ- અમ-મ-૨૦૨૫-૧૦૯- જપિ-૧૪૨૫-૧૮૪-િ તા.૨૭/૦૨/૨૦૨૫થી ગુજરાત સરકારે જમીન સાંપાદન, પનુ :્થાપન અને પુનવસા નમાાં વ્યાજબી વળતર અન ે પારદચર્ાતા અચધકાર અચધચનયમ-૨૦૧૩(૨૦૧૩નો ૩૦મો) (જેનો આમાાં હવે પછી સદરહુ અચધચનયમ તેમ ઉલ્લેખ કરવામાાં આવેલ છે) તેની કલમ-૧૦(એ) [(જમીન સાંપાદન, પનુ ઃ્થાપન અને પુનવાસનમાાં વાજબી વળતર અને પારદચર્ાતા અચધકાર (ગુજરાત સુધારો) અચધચનયમ-૨૦૧૬) (૨૦૧૬ના ગુજરાત અચધચનયમ ન-ાં ૧૨ની કલમ-૩ થી દાખલ કરેલ)] થી મળેલ અચધકારો અન્સ્ટવય ે રાજ્ય સરકારે જાહેર ચહતમાાં “પ્રધાનમાંત્રી ગ્રામ સડક યોજના- કન્સ્ટ્ર. ઝબાણ બોરકાિ ભુરીયાકુવા રોડ”ના જાહેર હેત ુ માટેના આાંતરમાળખાકીય પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે સાંપાદન કરવાની નીિે જણાવેલ અનુસૂચિ ક્ષેત્રફળની જમીનને, ‘સદરહુ અચધચનયમ’ના પ્રકરણ-૨ અને ૩ની જોગવાઈઓની અમલવારીમાાંથી મુચિ આપેલ છે. અન ે (૨) હવે જ્યારે રાજ્ય સરકારે સદરહુ અચધચનયમની કલમ-૪૩(૧) મુજબ અચધક ખાસ જમીન સાંપાદન અચધકારી, પાંિમહાલ ગોધરાને ઉલ્લેચખત આાંતરમાળકકય પ્રોજેક્ટના બાાંધકામ માટેની અનુસૂચિત ચવ્તારની જમીનના સાંપાદનના સાંબાંધમાાં પુનઃ્થાપન અન ે પુનઃવસનના અચધકારી તરીક ે ચનમણૂક કરેલ છે, અને (૩) હવે જ્યારે જમીન સાંપાદન, પુનઃ્થાપન અને પનુ વાસનમાાં વાજબી વળતર અને પારદચર્ાતા અચધચનયમ-૨૦૧૩ (૨૦૧૩નો ૩૦મો) (જેનો હવે પછી સદરહુ અચધચનયમ તેમ ઉલ્લેખ કરવામાાં આવેલ છે તે) ની કલમ-૧૧ ની પેટા કલમ-(૧) થી મળેલ અચધકાર અન્સ્ટવય ે ગુજરાત સરકારે જાહેરનામા ક્રમાાંક: અમ-મ-૨૦૨૫-૪૨૫-જપિ-૧૪૨૫-૧૮૪-િ તા.૦૯/૦૭/૨૦૨૫ થી ઉિ જમીન, ઉપરોિ સાવાજચનક હેત ુ માટે જરૂરી છે, તેમ જાહેર કરેલ છે, અને (૪) હવે જ્યારે સદરહુ અચધચનયમની કલમ-૧૫ની પેટા કલમ-૨ નીિેના અચધક ખાસ જમીન સાંપાદન અચધકારી, પાંિમહાલ ગોધરાના અહેવાલને ચવિારણામાાં લીધા બાદ રાજ્ય સરકારને એવો સાંતોષ થયેલ છે કે, સદરહુ અનુસૂચિત જમીનો સદરહુ જાહેર હેતુની યોજના માટે જરૂરી છે, અને (૫) તેથી હવે, “સદરહુ અચધચનયમ”ની કલમ-૧૯(૧) થી મળેલ અચધકારો અન્સ્ટવયે રાજ્ય સરકાર આથી સત્તાવાર જાહેરાત કરે છ ે કે, સદરહુ અનુસૂચિત જમીનો સદરહુ જાહેર હેતુની યોજના માટ ે જરૂરી છ.ે (૬) ગુજરાત સરકાર “સદરહુ અચધચનયમ”ની કલમ-૩(જ) થી મળેલ સત્તા અન્સ્ટવયે, ઉિ જમીનના સાંબાંધમાાં સદરહુ અચધચનયમ નીિે હવ ે પછી કલેક્ટર તરીક ે કરવાના તમામ કાયો બજાવવા માટે અચધક ખાસ જમીન સાંપાદન અચધકારી, પાંિમહાલ ગોધરાની ચનમણૂક કરેલ છે.
