ચવાંગના મદદનીશ ચનયામક, બોઇલરો, વગચ–૨ની જગ્યા પર ગુજરાત જાિેર સેવા આયોગ દ્વારા જાિેરાત ક્રમાાંક: ૨૩/૨૦૨૦-૨૦૨૧ ની સાંયુક્ત સ્પધાચત્મક પરીક્ષાના પરરણામના આધારે મદદનીશ ચનયામક, બોઇલરો, વગચ–૨ની જગ્યા ઉપર સીધી ભરતીથી ચનમણૂાંક માટે કુલ–૦૫ ઉમેદવારોની ફાળવણી કરવામાાં આવેલ. આ ૦૫ ઉમેદવારો પૈકી કુલ–૦૪ ઉમેદવારોના રકસ્સામાાં ચનમણૂાંક સાંબાંધી જોગવાઇઓ પરરપૂણચ થતાાં મદદનીશ ચનયામક, બોઇલરો, વગચ–૨ની જગ્યાએ ચવભાગની વાંિાણે લીધા ક્રમ–૧ પરની અચધસૂિનાથી ભલામણ કરેલ ઉમેદવારોને ચનમણકૂાં આપવામાાં આવલે િતી. જે પૈકી ૦૧ ઉમેદવાર ફરજ પર િાજર ન થતાાં, ચવભાગના વાંિાણે લીધા ક્રમ–૨ પરના ઠરાવથી િાજર ન થનાર ઉમેદવારશ્રી એન.આર.પટેલની ચનમણૂાંક રદ કરવામાાં આવેલ. ત્યારબાદ સામાન્ય વચિવટ ચવભાગના વાંિાણે લીધા ક્રમ–૩ પરના ઠરાવને ધ્યાને લઈ, જાિેરાત ક્ર.:૨૩/૨૦૨૦-૨૧ના પરીણામના આધારે તૈયાર કરેલ પ્રચતક્ષાયાદીમાાંથી આચથચક રીતે નબળા વગચના કુલ–૦૧ ઉમેદવારના નામની ભલામણ ગુજરાત જાિેર સેવા આયોગ દ્વારા કરવામાાં આવેલ. આ ચનમણૂાંક મેળવવા સાંમચત આપનાર નીિે દશાચવેલ ૦૧ ઉમેદવારને મદદનીશ ચનયામક બોઇલરો, વગચ-૨ની જગ્યાએ (પગાર ધોરણ Level-9 in Pay Matrix Rs.53100-167800/-ના પગાર ધોરણમાાં) તેઓ સદરહુ જગ્યા ઉપર િાજર થાય તે તારીખથી બે વર્ચના અજમાયશી સમય માટે તદ્દન િંગામી અન ે કામિલાઉ ધોરણે આ અચધસૂિનામાાં જણાવેલ શરતોને આધીન રિીને તેમની નામ પાંપની સામે, રૂપી સકકલની પાસે, જામનગર - ૩૬૧૦૦૪ શરતો : 1. તેઓએ આ હુકમ મળ્યેથી રદન-૧૫ માાં શ્રમ આયુક્તશ્રી, ગુજરાત રાજ્ય, કમચયોગી ભવન, ગાાંધીનગર સમક્ષ અિૂક િાજર થવાનુાં રિેશે. અચનવાયચ કારણોસર આ મુદ્દત વધારવાની જરૂર પડે તો અસાધારણ સજોાં ગો/કારણોની ચવગતો-વ્યાજબીપણાનાાં આધાર-પુરાવા સચિત ઉમેદવારે અગ્ર સચિવશ્રી, શ્રમ, કૌશલ્ય ચવકાસ અને રોજગાર ચવભાગને સમયમયાચદામાાં અરજી કરવાની રિેશે અને જો તે અન્વયે મુદ્દત વધારી આપવામાાં આવે તો તેવી વધારેલી મુદ્દતમાાં ઉમેદવારે અિૂક િાજર થવાન ુાં રિેશે. ચનયત / વધારી આપેલ મુદ્દતમાાં િાજર થનાર ઉમેદવારોની પ્રવરતા ગુજરાત જાિેર સેવા આયોગ દ્વારા અપાયેલ ગુણાનક્રુ મ પ્રમાણે ચનયત થશે. ચનયત / વધારી આપેલ મુદ્દતમાાં િાજર થવામાાં ચનષ્ફળ ચનવડે તેવા ઉમેદવારો ઉક્ત જગ્યાએ જોડાવા ઇચ્છતા નથી તેવુાં માની લઇને તેઓની ચનમણૂાંક રદ કરવામાાં આવશે. 2. આ ચનમણૂાંક અન્વયે િાજર થવા માટે તેઓને કોઇ પણ પ્રકારનુાં પ્રવાસભથથુાં મળવાપાત્ર નથી. 3. જે ઉમેદવારો િાલ સરકારી/અધચ સરકારી નોકરીમાાં છે તેઓને સક્ષમ સત્તાચધકારી (વગચ-૧ અને ૨ ના રકસ્સામાાં સાંબાંચધત વિીવટી ચવભાગ, વગ-ચ ૩ ના રકસ્સામાાં સબાં ાંચધત ખાતાના વડા અને અધચ સરકારી નોકરી તથા જાિેર ક્ષેત્રના સાિસોના રકસ્સામાાં સક્ષમ સત્તાચધકારી)નો ફરજ મુચક્ત/ રાજીનામાાં માંજૂરીનો હુકમ રજૂ કયેથી જ િાજર કરવાની શ્રમ આયુક્તશ્રીએ કાળજી રાખવાની રિેશે. 4. શ્રમ આયુક્તશ્રી, ગુજરાત રાજ્ય, ગાાંધીનગરે, િાજર થયેલ અચધકારીને સામાન્ય વિીવટ ચવભાગના તા.૦૩/૧૨/૧૯૮૬ના પરરપત્ર ક્રમાાંક: સીડીઆર-૧૧૮૬-યુઓ-૨૨૪૪-ગ.૨ની સૂિનાઓ મુજબ ચનયત નમૂનામાાં “ભારતના સચાંવધાનને વફાદાર રિેવાના તેમજ તેના પ્રત્યે ચનષ્ઠા દશાચવતા” સોગાંદ લેવડાવ્યા બાદ િાજર કરવાના રિેશે અન ે લીધેલ સોગાંદપત્ર સવે ાપોથીમાાં જાળવવાના રિેશે તથા તેની એક નકલ ચવભાગને મોકલી આપવાની રિેશે. 5. સરદાર પટેલ લોક પ્રશાસન સાંસ્થા, અમદાવાદ દ્વારા તેઓને ચનયમોનુસાર ચવગતવાર તાલીમ અાંગે આયોજન થાય તે દરમ્યાન સાંબાંચધત કાયદાની જાણકારી મળી રિે તે િેતુથી કિેરીએ તેમની જુદી જુદી શાખાઓમાાં તાલીમ અાંગેની વ્યવસ્થા કરવાની રિેશે. 6. તેઓએ અજમાયશી સમય પુરો કરીને, લાાંબાગાળાની ચનમણૂાંક મેળવ્યા બાદ ત્રણ વર્નચ ી સેવા બજાવવા અગાં ે સાથે ચબડેલ નમનૂ ા મુજબ ચસક્યોરીટી અને સ્યોરીટી બોન્ડ આપવાના રિેશે. આ ચસક્યોરીટી અને સ્યોરીટી બોન્ડ સાંબાંચધત ઉમેદવાર તથા તેમના બે જામીનોન ે સાંયુક્ત અન ે અલગ રીતે એમ બાંને રીતે બાંધનકતાચ રિેશે. દરેક ઉમેદવારે પોતે રજૂ કરેલા દરેક જામીનો રૂ.૫૦૦૦/- સુધીની રકમ માટ ે દાર અને િયાત છે તેવા સાંબાંચધત મામલતદારના પ્રમાણપત્ર સાથે શ્રમ આયુકતશ્રી, ગાાંધીનગર સમક્ષ િાજર થતી વખતે અથવા િાજર થયા બાદ એક મચિનાની અાંદર આપવાના રિેશે. દારપણાનુાં પ્રમાણપત્ર ચનયત નમૂનામાાં અને જરૂરી કોટટ ફી, સ્ટેમ્પ સાથ ે આપવાન ુાં રિેશે તથા દર વર્ે તે રરન્યુ કરાવીન ે રજૂ કરવાની જવાબદારી જે તે અજમાયશી અચધકારીની રિેશે. આ રીતે તેઓએ સાંબાંચધત અચધકારી સમક્ષ રજૂ કરેલ પ્રમાણપત્રો શ્રમ આયુક્તશ્રીએ શ્રમ, કૌશલ્ય ચવકાસ અને રોજગાર ચવભાગને મોકલી આપવાના રિેશે. 7. શ્રમ આયુક્તશ્રી, ગુજરાત રાજ્ય, ગાાંધીનગરે બાાંિેધરી પત્ર અન ે દારપણાના પ્રમાણપત્રો સાંપૂણચ િોવાની ખાત્રી કરીને તે મુજબના શેરા સાથે આ ચવભાગને પરત મોકલવાના રિેશે અને તેમ કયાચની જાણ એકાઉન્ટન્ટ જનરલશ્રીની કિેરી, રાજકોટ/અમદાવાદને પણ કરવાની રિેશે અને જ્યાાં સુધી તેમ કરવામાાં નિી આવે ત્યાાં સુધી ઉમેદવારને તેમના પગાર અને ભથથાાં માટે અચધકૃત કરવાના રિેશે નચિં. 8. તેઓએ ગુજરાત મુલ્કી સેવા કોમ્્યટુ ર કૌશલ્ય તાલીમ અને પરીક્ષા ચનયમો, ૨૦૦૬ની જોગવાઇ મુજબ અજમાયશી સમય દરમ્યાન કોમ્્યુટર કૌશલ્યની સીસીસી ્લસ (CCC+) ની પરીક્ષા તેમજ પૂવચ સવે ા તાલીમાાંત પરીક્ષા પાસ કરવાની રિેશે. અજમાયશી સમય દરમ્યાન આ પરીક્ષા પાસ નિીં કરવાની રકસ્સામાાં અજમાયશી સમય લાંબાવવામાાં આવશે. આવા લાંબાવેલા સમયમાાં પણ તેઓ આ પરીક્ષા પાસ નિીં કરે તો તેઓની સેવા સમાપ્ત કરવામાાં આવશે. પછીથી જો તેઓ પરીક્ષા પાસ કરશે તો જ તેઓને સેવામાાં પ્રવરતાના રક્ષણ ચવના પરત લેવામાાં આવશે તે મતલબની લેચખત બાાંિેધરી તેઓએ શ્રમ આયુક્તશ્રીને આ સાથે બીડેલ ચનયત નમૂનામાાં આપવાની રિેશ,ે જે શ્રમ આયુક્તશ્રીએ શ્રમ, કૌશલ્ય અને રોજગાર ચવભાગને મોકલી આપવાના રિેશે.206 GUJARAT GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, 19-03-2026 [ PART I 9. તેઓએ ગુજરાત શ્રમ ચવભાગ (રાજ્યપચત્રત અચધકારીઓની સવે ાની શરતો સાંબાંચધત પરીક્ષા) ચનયમો, ૨૦૦૮ જાિેરનામાાં ક્રમાાંક: કેએિઆર-૨૦૦૮-૧૨૭-સીએલઇ-૧૦-૨૦૦૭-૧૦૬૯-મ(૧) તા.૦૩/૦૭/૨૦૦૮ થી ઠરાવેલ ખાતાકીય પરીક્ષા ચનયત તકમાાં પાસ કરવાની રિેશે. ચનયત તકમાાં આ પરીક્ષા પાસ નિીં કરવાથી તેઓની સવે ાઓ સમાપ્ત કરવામાાં આવશે. 10. ગુજરાત મુલ્કી સેવા વગીકરણ અન ે ભરતી (સામાન્ય) ચનયમો, ૧૯૬૭ ના ચનયમ–૧૫ થી ઠરાવ્યા અનુસાર ગુજરાતી અથવા ચિન્દી અથવા બાંને ભાર્ાઓની પરીક્ષાઓ પ્રવતચમાન ચનયમો મુજબ પાસ કરવાની રિેશે. 11. તેઓની ચનમણૂાંકની જગ્યાએ િાજર થયાથી તારીખથી ૨(બે) વર્ચ માટ ે અજમાયશી ધોરણે તદ્દન િંગામી અને કામિલાઉ જ િોઇ આ સેવા સાંતોર્કારક નિીં જણાય તો સામાન્ય વિીવટ ચવભાગના તા. ૩૦-૦૩-૧૯૮૩ના પરરપત્રની જોગવાઈ મુજબ કોઇ પણ જાતની નોટીસ આ્યા ચસવાય તાત્કાચલક અસરથી સેવાનો અાંત લાવવામાાં આવશે. તેઓને અજમાયશી સમય સાંતોર્કારક રીતે પૂણચ થયેથી મદદનીશ ચનયામક બોઇલરો, વગચ–૨ તરીકે લાાંબાગાળાની ચનમણૂાંક અાંગેના હુકમ કરવામાાં આવશે ત્યારબાદ ચનયમોનુસાર ઇજાફા મળવાપાત્ર થશે. તેઓનો અજમાયશી સમયની મુદ્દત લાંબાવવાની જરૂર જણાતા રકસ્સાઓમાાં તે અાંગેના ઇલાયદા હુકમો કરવામાાં આવશે. 12. ઉક્ત જગ્યાએ િાજર થયા બાદ સેવામાાંથી રાજીનામુાં આપવા ઇચ્છતા ઉમેદવારોના કેસ ગુજરાત મુલ્કી સેવા (નોકરીની સામાન્ય શરતો) ચનયમો, ૨૦૦૨ અને ગુજરાત મુલ્કી સેવા (પેન્શન) ચનયમો, ૨૦૦૨ની જોગવાઇ મુજબ ચવચનયચમત કરવામા ાં આવશે. 13. દરેક અજમાયશી અચધકારીંનાાં તાલીમ દરમ્યાનની કામગીરીનો ખ્યાલ આપતા અિેવાલ (Assessment Report) સામાન્ય વિીવટ ચવભાગના ાં તા.૦૮/૦૯/૧૯૮૯ના પરરપત્ર ક્રમાાંક:પીઆરઓ-૧૦૮૬-૫૦૬૮-ગ.૨થી ચનયત નમૂનામાાં અિૂક લખાય તે સાંબાંચધત અચધકારીશ્રીએ સુચનચિત કરી બે નકલમાાં આ ચવભાગને તથા એક એક નકલ સરદાર પટેલ રાજ્ય લોક પ્રશાસન સાંસ્થા, અમદાવાદ તથા ગુજરાત જાિેર સેવા આયોગ ગાાંધીનગરને મોકલવાના રિેશે. 14. મિાચનદેશકશ્રી, સરદાર પટેલ રાજ્ય લોક પ્રશાસન સાંસ્થા (SPIPA), અમદાવાદની કિેરીએ તાલીમાથીઓની તાલીમ પૂણચ થયે, સરદાર પટેલ રાજ્ય લોક પ્રશાસન સાંસ્થા ખાતેનો સાંસ્થાકીય તાલીમ અાંગેનો અિેવાલ તેમજ તાલીમાન્ત પરીક્ષાના પરરણામની નકલ આ ચવભાગને મોકલવાની રિેશે. 15. અજમાયશી સમય દરમ્યાન આ અજમાયશી અચધકારીઓ મિાચનદેશકશ્રી, સરદાર પટેલ રાજ્ય લોક પ્રશાસન સાંસ્થા, અમદાવાદના ચનયાંત્રણ િેઠળ રિેશે. ક્ષેત્રીય તાલીમ દરમ્યાન તેઓએ જે તે ચજલ્લાના કાયચમથકે ચનવાસ કરવો ફરજીયાત રિેશે અને તે અાંગે સાંબાંચધત અચધકારીશ્રીએ પુરતી તકેદારી રાખવાની રિેશે અને જો કોઇ અજમાયશી મદદનીશ ચનયામક, બોઇલરો, વગચ–૨ની િાજરીમાાં અચનયચમતતા જણાય તો સત્વરે શ્રમ આયુક્તશ્રીએ શ્રમ, કૌશલ્ય ચવકાસ અને રોજગાર ચવભાગને રીપોટટ આપવાનો રિેશે. શ્રમ, કૌશલ્ય ચવકાસ અને રોજગાર ચવભાગ સાંબાંચધતની આવી ગેરિાજરીને ગાંભીર ગરે ચશસ્ત ગણીને ચનયમોનુસાર કાયચવાિી કરશે. 16. ગુજરાત મુલ્કી સેવા વગચ-૨ (મદદનીશ ચનયામક, બોઇલરો, વગચ–૨ સાંવગચ)નુાં કાયચક્ષેત્ર સમગ્ર ગુજરાત રાજ્ય િોય રાજ્ય સરકાર અજમાયશી સમય દરમ્યાન તથા લાાંબાગાળાની ચનમણૂાંક બાદ તેઓની કોઇપણ સ્થળે ચનમણૂાંક તથા બદલી કરી શકશે. 17. શ્રમ આયુક્તની કિેરીએ ઉમેદવારની સેવાપોથી તૈયાર કરાવડાવી તેના પિેલા પાનાની પ્રમાચણત નકલ અત્રે મોકલી આપવાની રિેશે. જે ઉમેદવારો અજમાયશી મદદનીશ ચનયામક, બોઇલરો, વગચ–૨ તરીકેની ચનમણૂાંક પામે તે પિેલાાં સરકારી/અધચ-સરકારી સવે ામાાં િોય તેમના રકસ્સામાાં તેમની અગાઉની સેવાપોથી પ્રથમ પાનાની પ્રમાચણત નકલ અત્રે મોકલી આપવાની રિેશે. તેઓએ નાણાાં ચવભાગના તા.૨૮/૦૫/૨૦૦૪ના ઠરાવની જોગવાઇ મુજબ સરકારી સેવામાાં દાખલ થયા તારીખથી છ માસની મુદ્દતમાાં સક્ષમ સત્તાચધકારી સમક્ષ વતનના સ્થળ અગાં ે નોંધણી કરાવવાની રિેશે. આ નોંધ કરાવવાના સમયે વતનના સ્થળે કમચિારી/અચધકારી સ્થાવર ચમલકત ધરાવતા િોય અથવા નોકરીમાાં જોડાયા તે પૂવે રિેતા િોય તેના અચધકૃત પુરાવાની નકલ રજૂ કરવાની રિેશે અને તે સાંબાંચધત કમચિારી / અચધકારીની સચવચસબુકમાાં િોંટાડવાની રિેશે. પોતાની સચવચસબુકમાાં વતનના સ્થળની નોંધણી થઇ િોવા બાબતે કમચિારી / અચધકારીએ જાતે ખાતરી કરી લેવાની રિેશે. સચવચસબુકમાાં નોંધણી કરવાની રિી જવા પામી િોવાની સ્સ્થચતમાાં પ્રથમ ચનમણૂાંક જે સ્થળે થઇ િશે તેન ે કમચિારી / અચધકારીનુાં વતનનુાં સ્થળ ગણવાનુાં રિેશે. વતનના સ્થળ અથવા તેવા ફેરફાર અાંગેની કોઇ રજૂઆતો ચવિારણાને પાત્ર બનશ ે નિીં. વધુમાાં કમચિારી / અચધકારી પિેલેથી સરકારી / અધચ સરકારી સેવામાાં િોય તેમના રકસ્સામાાં તેઓએ નવેસરથી તેમના વતન અગાં ે એકરાર કરવાની જરૂર નથી. પરંતુ આ અાંગે સેવાપોથીમાાં થયેલ વતનની નોંધની પ્રમાચણત નકલ આ ચવભાગને મોકલવાની રિેશે. 18.
