(૨) સામાન્ય વહીવટ ચવભાગના તા.૧૬/૦૧/૧૯૬૯ અને તા.૧૨/૦૧/૧૯૭૦ના પરરપત્ર ક્રમાાંક : પીએસસી-૧૦૬૮-૬૫૬૪-જી તેમજ તા.૧૯/૦૯/૨૦૧૬ના ઠરાવ ક્રમાાંક: વીસીએ/૧૦૨૦૧૬/૪૨૯૫૪૭/ગ-૨ની જોગવાઈ અનુસાર ઉમેદવારોએ સાંબાંચધતPART I ] GUJARAT GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, 30-04-2026 381 સત્તાચધકારી પાસેથી મેળવવાના રહેતા િારરત્ર્ય, વતચણૂાંક અને પૂવચ વૃત્તાતાં પ્રમાણપત્ર તથા ગુજરાત મુલ્કી સેવા (નોકરીની સામાન્ય ર્રતો) ચનયમો, ૨૦૦૨ના ચનયમ-૧૧ મુજબ તબીબી પ્રમાણપત્રો રજૂ કરવાના રહેર્ે. આ પ્રમાણપત્રોમાાં તેઓની ચનમણૂક માટેની યોગ્યતા અાંગે કર્ુાં ચવરુદ્ધ નહીં હોવાની ર્રતે, િારરત્ર્ય, વતચણૂાંક અને પૂવચ વૃત્તાાંત પ્રમાણપત્ર તથા ર્ારીરરક યોગ્યતાનુાં પ્રમાણપત્ર વધુમાાં વધુ ૬ (છ) માસમાાં રજૂ કરવાની ર્રતે તદન હંગામી અન ે કામિલાઉ ધોરણે આ અજમાયર્ી ચનમણૂક આપવામાાં આવે છે. આ અાંગેની લેચખત બાહેંધરી તેઓએ હાજર થતા પહેલા આ સાથે સામેલ પરરચર્ષ્ટ-૧ માાં આપવાની રહેર્ે. (૩) ઉમેદવારે ગુજરાત મુલ્કી સવે ા કોમ્પ્યુટર કૌર્લ્ય તાલીમ અને પરીક્ષા ચનયમો ૨૦૦૬ની જોગવાઈઓ અનસુ ાર અજમાયર્ી સમય દરચમયાન CCC+ ની પરીક્ષા પાસ કરવાની રહેર્ે. અજમાયર્ી સમય દરચમયાન જો આ પરીક્ષા પાસ કરવામા ાં નચહ આવે તો તેઓનો અજમાયર્ી સમય લાંબાવી ર્કાર્ે અને આ લાંબાવેલ સમય દરચમયાન પણ જો આ પરીક્ષા પાસ નહી કરે તો તેમની સેવા સમાપ્ત કરવામાાં આવર્ે. (૪) ઉમેદવારે ગુજરાત મુલ્કી સેવા વગીકરણ અને ભરતી (સામાન્ય) ચનયમો-૧૯૬૭ના ચનયમ-૧૫ થી ઠરાવ્યા અનુસાર ગુજરાતી અથવા ચહન્ દી અથવા બાંને ભાર્ાઓની તાલીમ અથવા પરીક્ષાઓ અથવા તાલીમ અને પરીક્ષાઓ સરકાર ે વખતોવખત નક્કી કરેલ વતચમાન હુકમો મુજબ પાસ કરવાની રહેર્ે. (૫) ઉમેદવારે હાજર કરતાાં પહેલા સામાન્ય વહીવટ ચવભાગના તા.૦૩/૧૨/૧૯૮૬ના પરરપત્ર ક્રમાાંક : સીડીઆર/૧૧૮૬/યુઓ- ૨૨૪૪-ગ.૨ મુજબ સોગાંદ લેવડાવવાના રહેર્ે, જે મુજબના સોગાંદ લીધા બાદ જ તેઓને હાજર કરાર્ે. (પરરચર્ષ્ટ-૩) (૬) ઉમેદવારે ચનમણૂકની કિેરીમાાં હાજર થતી વખતે ગુજરાત મુલ્કી સેવા વગીકરણ અને ભરતી (સામાન્ય) ચનયમો ૧૯૬૭ના ચનયમ-૮(૧-એ)ની જોગવાઈને અનલુ ક્ષીને સામાન્ય વહીવટ ચવભાગના તા.૧૩/૦૮/૨૦૦૮ના ઠરાવ ક્રમાાંક : સીઆરઆર- ૧૦-૨૦૦૭-૧૨૦૩૨૦-ગ.પથી ચનયત કરાયેલ અભ્યાસક્રમ મુજબનુાં કોમ્પપુટર અાંગેનુાં બેઝીક નોલેજ ધરાવતા હોવાન ુાં પ્રમાણપત્ર અિૂકપણે રજ ૂ કરવાનુાં રહેર્ે. (૭) ઉમેદવારને જે વતુચળ ખાતે ચનમણૂક મળેલ હોય તે વતુચળના સાંબાંચધત અધીક્ષક ઇજનેરશ્રીએ ઉમેદવારોના તબીબી તપાસ તથા િારરત્ર્ય વતચણૂાંક અને પૂવચ વૃત્તાાંત અાંગેના પ્રમાણપત્ર બાબતે કાયચવાહી કરવાની રહેર્ે અને તેની ચવભાગને જાણ કરવાની રહેર્ે. િારરત્ર્ય, વતચણૂાંક અને પૂવચ વૃત્તાાંત કે ર્ારીરરક યોગ્યતા અાંગને ા પ્રમાણપત્રોમાાં જો તેઓ અયોગ્ય પૂરવાર થર્ે તો આ અચધસૂિનાથી આપેલ ચનમણૂકનો અતાં લાવવામાાં આવર્ે. (૮) ઉમેદવારે આ હુકમની તારીખથી ચનયત સમય મયાચદાની અાંદર ચનમણૂકની જગ્યાએ સ્વખિે હાજર થવાનુાં રહેર્ે. ચનમણૂકના સ્થળે ચનયત સમય મયાચદામાાં હાજર થવામાાં ચનષ્ફળ નીવડે તેવા ઉમેદવારો કિેરી અધીક્ષક, વગચ-૨ ની જગ્યા પર જોડાવા ઈચ્છતા નથી તેવ ુાં સ્પષ્ટપણે માની લઈને તેઓની ચનમણૂક રદ કરવામા ાં આવર્ે ચસવાય ક ે તેઓના કાબૂ બહારના હોય તેવા અસાધારણ સજોગો/ કારણો અગાં ે સરકારને ખાતરી થતા ચનયત તારીખ બાદ હાજર થવાની પરવાનગી આપવામા આવર્ે. (૯) ઉક્ત ઉમેદવારને ૨ (બે) વર્ચ માટે તદ્દન હંગામી અને કામિલાઉ રીતે અજમાયર્ી ધોરણે ચનમણૂક આપવામાાં આવે છે તથા ૨ (બે) વર્ચનો અજમાયર્ી સમય સાંતોર્કારક રીતે પૂણચ કયાચ બાદ તમામ ર્રતો સાંતોર્ાતી હોય તો તેઓની કિેરી અધીક્ષક, વગચ-૨ ની જગ્યા પર લાાંબાગાળાના ધોરણે ચનયુચક્ત આપવા ચવિારણા કરવામાાં આવર્ે. ઉમેદવારના અજમાયર્ી સમયની મુદત જરૂર જણાયે વધારવામાાં આવર્ે. જે અાંગે અલગ હુકમો કરવામાાં આવર્ે. (૧૦) તેઓને નાણાાં ચવભાગના તા.૧૮-૩-૨૦૦૫ના ઠરાવ ક્રમાાંક:-નપન/ ૨૦૦૩/ જીઓઆઇ-૧૦/ પી થી ઠરાવેલ નવી વચધતચ પેન્ર્ન યોજના (NPS) અને સમાન ક્રમાાંકના તા.૬-૬-૨૦૦૫ના ઠરાવની જોગવાઇઓ મુજબ તેમજ આ નીચત અાંગને ા સરકારશ્રીના વખતોવખત થયેલ ઠરાવની જોગવાઇઓ મુજબ પેન્ર્ન યોજના લાગુ પડર્ે. (૧૧) અજમાયર્ી સમય દરચમયાન આ ઉમેદવાર ગુજરાત મુલ્કી સવે ા ચનયમો, ૨૦૦૨ હેઠળ મળતા મુસાફરી ભથ્થા, ઘરભાડા ભથ્થા, સ્થાચનક ભથ્થા ઈત્યારદ મેળવવાને પાત્ર થર્ે તેમજ તેમના પગાર ભથ્થા, મળવાપાત્ર પેર્ગીઓ તેમજ ચર્સ્ત અન ે વતચણૂાંકને લગતી બાબતો વગેરે સરકારે વખતોવખત નક્કી કરેલા ચનયમોની જોગવાઈને આચધન રહેર્ે. (૧૨) ઉક્ત ઉમેદવારે ગુજરાત સરકારના કાયચક્ષેત્ર હેઠળ કોઈપણ જગ્યાએ સેવાઓ આપવાની રહેર્ે. તેઓની નોકરી બદલી પાત્ર છ ે અને સરકારને જરૂર જણાય તે પ્રમાણે તેઓની બદલી કરી ર્કર્ે.382 GUJARAT GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, 30-04-2026 [ CENTRAL SECTION (૧૩) ઉક્ત ઉમેદવાર જો ૧ (એક) વર્થચ ી ઓછી સેવા કયાચ બાદ રાજીનામ ુ આપવાની ઈચ્છા ધરાવે તેવા રકસ્સામાાં ૭ (સાત) રદવસની નોટીસ તથા ૧ (એક) વર્થચ ી વધ ુ સરકારી સેવા કરી હોય તેવા રકસ્સામાાં ૧ (એક) માસની નોટીસ આપીને સરકારી સેવામાાંથી રાજીનામુ આપી ર્કર્ે, તેમજ જે તે સમયે પ્રવતચમાન ચનયમોને આચધન રહીને ૧ (એક) માસની આગોતરી ખબર આપીને સરકાર પણ આ ઉમેદવારની નોકરીનો અાંત લાવી ર્કર્ે. (૧૪) ઉક્ત ઉમેદવાર ચનયત પરીક્ષા, ચનયત કરેલ સમયમયાચદામાાં અને ચનયત તકોમાાં ઉત્તીણચ કરવામાાં ચનષ્ફળ જર્ે અને/ અથવા અજમાયર્ી સમય દરચમયાનની તેમની સેવા/ કામગીરી સક્ષમ સત્તાચધકારીને સાંતોર્કારક નચહ જણાય તો અજમાયર્ી સમય દરચમયાન કોઈપણ નોરટસ આ્યા વગર તાત્કાચલક અસરથી તેઓની નોકરીનો અાંત લાવવામાાં આવર્ે. આમ અજમાયર્ી સમય દરમ્પયાનની સવે ા તદ્દન હંગામી અને કામિલાઉ (Purely temporary) ગણાર્ે. અજમાયર્ી મુદત લાંબાવવાનો પ્રસગાં ઉપસ્સ્થત થયે જે તે કેસના ગુણદોર્ના આધારે ચવિારણા કરવામાાં આવર્ે. આ અાંગે અલગથી હુકમ કરવામાાં આવર્ે. (૧૫) ઉમેદવાર ચનમણુકવાળી જગ્યાએ હાજર થતા પહેલા અન્ય સરકારી કે અધચસરકારી નોકરીમાાં હોય તો અગાઉની સેવામાાંથી તેઓને છૂટા કરવામાાં આવ્યા છે/ ફરજમુક્ત કરવામાાં આવ્યા છે તે મતલબનો હુકમ (રીલીવ ઓડચર) હાજર થતી વખતે રજ ૂ કરવાનો રહેર્ે. (૧૬) જે ઉમેદવારો હાલ નોકરીમાાં િાલુ હોય અને જેમણે અરજીપત્રક સાથે ક ે રૂબરૂ મુલાકાત વખતે આયોગમાાં પોતાની કિેરીન ુાં ના વાાંધાપ્રમાણપત્ર" (N.O.C.) રજૂ ન કયુું હોય તો તેમણે ચનમણૂક પામતા પહેલા સાંબાંચધત અચધકારીશ્રી સમક્ષ "ના વાાંધા પ્રમાણપત્ર" રજ ૂ કરવાનુાં રહેર્.ે (૧૭) આ ઉમેદવારોએ ગુજરાત રાજ્ય સેવા (વતચણુાંક) ચનયમો-૧૯૭૧ના ચનયમ-૧૯ (ક)ની જોગવાઇ મુજબ તેઓની પ્રથમ ચનમણૂક સમયે, તેમના પોતાના નામે અથવા તેઓની કુટુાંબની કોઇ વ્યચક્તના નામે અથવા અન્ય કોઇ વ્યચક્તના નામે, તેઓન ે વારસામાાં મળેલ, તેઓની માચલકીની પટ્ટે અથવા ગીરોથી સાંપાદન કરલે અથવા ધરાવેલ સ્થાવર ચમલકત સાંબાંધી પુરેપુરી ચવગતો આપતુાં સરકારશ્રીએ ચનયત કરેલ નમૂનામા તેઓની સ્થાવર અસ્કયામતોનુાં પત્રક રજ ૂ કરવાનુાં રહેર્ે અને આ પત્રક "કમચયોગી" એ્લીકેર્ન પર ઓનલાઇન સબમીટ કરવાનુાં રહેર્ે. વધુમાાં દર વર્ે રડસેમ્પબર મચહનાની ૩૧મી તારીખે પુરી થતી મુદતને આવરી લેતા દરેક વર્નચ ા જાન્યુઆરી મચહનાની પહેલી તારીખે ચનયત નમૂનામા ચવગતો રજ ૂ કરવાની રહેર્ે. (૧૮) કિેરી અધીક્ષક, વગચ-૨ની જગ્યા પર ચનમણૂક માટે પસાંદગી પામેલ અનામત વગચના ઉમેદવારોના જાચત પ્રમાણપત્ર તથા અન્ય લાયકતો બાબતે ભચવષ્યમાાં કોઈ વાાંધાકારક હકીકત જણાર્ે તો પસાંદગી પામેલ ઉમેદવારની ચનમણૂક તાત્કાચલક અસરથી રદ કરવામાાં આવર્ે. (૧૯) ઉક્ત ઉમેદવારે ચનમણૂકના સ્થળે હાજર થતી વખતે આ સાથે ચબડેલ પરરચર્ષ્ટ-૨ મુજબના જામીનખતના ાં ચનયત નમૂનામાાં લેખ/ કરાર કરવાનો રહેર્ે. જે કરાર પ્રમાણે તેઓ (ક) ઠરાવેલો તાલીમ અભ્યાસક્રમ પૂરો કરી ન ર્કે અથવા (ખ) સેવા પૂવેની પરીક્ષામાાં બેસી ન ર્કે અથવા (ગ) સરકારને સાંતોર્ થાય તે રીતે અજમાયર્ી ચનયમોની જોગવાઈ પૈકી કોઈ જોગવાઈ પૂરી કરી ન ર્કે અથવા (ઘ) અજમાયર્ી મુદત સચહતની મૂળ ચનમણૂકની તારીખથી ૩ વર્ચની સેવા પૂણચ થયા પહેલા સેવા છોડી દે તો સરકારે એમને આપેલી તાલીમના ખિચ ઉપરાાંત અજમાયર્ી તરીકેની તેમની ચનમણૂકને પરરણામે તેમની તાલીમની મુદત દરચમયાન સરકારે િૂકવેલા પગાર અને ભથ્થાાં પરત કરવા તેઓ અને તેમના જામીનો સાંયુક્ત અને અલગ રીત ે બાંધાયેલા રહેર્ે અને પરત કરવામાાં નહીં આવેલ રકમ જમીન મહેસૂલની બાકી તરીકે વસલૂ કરી ર્કાર્ે. (૨૦) સાંબાંચધત સક્ષમ અચધકારીશ્રીએ આ ઉમેદવારોન ે ફરજ પર હાજર કરી તેઓની સવે ાપોથી તૈયાર કરાવડાવી તેના પહેલા પાનાની પ્રમાચણત નકલ અત્ર ે મોકલી આપવાની રહેર્ે. તેઓને નાણાાં ચવભાગના તા.૨૮-૫-૨૦૦૪ના ઠરાવની જોગવાઇ મુજબ સરકારી સેવામાાં દાખલ થયા તારીખથી છ માસની મુદતમાાં સક્ષમ સત્તાચધકારી સમક્ષ વતનના સ્થળ અાંગેની નોંધણી કરાવવાની રહેર્ે.
