અન્વયે આ સાથે સામેલ પરરચિષ્ટ-૧માાં દિાગવેલ ઉમેદવારને ઉજાગ અને પેટ્રોકેચમકલ્સ ચવભાગના ચનયાંત્રણ હેઠળની ચવદ્યુત ચનરીક્ષક અન ે લીફ્ટ ઇન્્પેક્ટર, વગગ-૧ની જગ્યા પર તેઓ જે તારીખથી ફરજ પર હાજર થાય તે તારીખથી અજમાયિી તરીકે આર.ઓ.પી-૨૦૧૬ મુજબ લેવલ-૧૧ માાં લઘુત્તમ પગાર રા.૬૭,૭૦૦/- અને મહત્તમ પગાર રા.૨,૦૮,૭૦૦/- ના પગાર ધોરણમાાં પ્રવતગમાન ચનયમો પ્રમાણ ે મળવાપાત્ર ભથથાાંઓ સચહત તદ્દન હંગામી અને કામિલાઉ ધોરણે નીિે જણાવેલ િરતોને આધીન ચનમણૂક આપવામાાં આવે છે. સાંબાંચધત ઉમેદવારોએ આ હુકમની તારીખથી રદન-૩૦માાં પરરચિષ્ટ-૧માાં તેઓના નામની સામેના કોલમ નાં.૪ માાં દિાગવેલ જગ્યા ખાતે ્વખિે ફરજ પર હાજર થવાનુાં રહેિે. શરતો: ૦૧. ઉમેદવારોએ ગુજરાત મુલ્કી સેવા(નોકરીની સામાન્ય િરતો) ચનયમો, ૨૦૦૨ના િેપ્ટર-૩ના ચનયમ-૧૧ મુજબ તબીબી પ્રમાણપત્રો રજ ૂ કરવાના રહેિે. જેમાાં તેઓની ચનમણૂક માટેની િારીરરક યોગ્યતાનુાં પ્રમાણપત્ર ૨(બે) માસમાાં રજૂ કરવાની િરતને આચધન રહીને તેમજ પોલીસ તપાસણીમાાં તેઓની ચવરુધ્ધ કોઇ ઘટના ન બની હોવાની િરતે તેમને તદ્દન હંગામી અને કામિલાઉ ધોરણે અજમાયિી ચનમણૂક આપવામાાં આવે છે. ૦૨. ચવદ્યુત ચનરીક્ષક અને લીફ્ટ ઇન્્પેકટર (વગગ-૧) સાંવગગમાાં સીધી ભરતીથી ચનમણૂક મેળવનાર ચવદ્યુત ચનરીક્ષક અને લીફ્ટ ઇન્્પેકટરના અચધકારીઓએ લીફ્ટ અને એ્કેલેટસગ અચધચનયમ ૨૦૦૦ની જોગવાઇઓ અને તેના હેઠળ બનાવેલા ચનયમો મુજબ લીફ્ટ એ્કેલેટસગ મિીનરી અને ઉપકરણોની બનાવટ, રખરખાવ અને સુરચક્ષત સાંિાલનન ે ચવચનયચમત કરવા સાંબાંચધત કાયદાઓ બાબતે આ ચવભાગના તા.૧૩/૦૩/૨૦૧૨ના ભરતી ચનયમોથી નક્કી કયાગ મુજબની તાલીમ આપવા માટે મુખ્ય ચવદ્યુત ચનરીક્ષકશ્રી દ્વારા વ્યવ્થા કરવાની રહેિે. ૦૩. આ ઉમેદવારોએ આ હુકમની તારીખથી રદન-૩૦માાં ચનમણૂકની જગ્યાએ પોતાના ખિે હાજર થવાનુાં રહિે ે. હાજર થવા માટેની સમય મયાગદા વધારવામાાં આવિે નહીં. ચનયત તારીખે હાજર થવામાાં ચનષ્ફળ નીવડે તેવા ઉમેદવારો ચવદ્યુત ચનરીક્ષક અને લીફ્ટ ઇન્્પેકટર (વગગ-૧)સેવામાાં જોડાવા ઇચ્છતા નથી તેવુાં ્પષ્ટપણે માની લઇને તેઓની ચનમણૂક રદ કરવામાાં આવિે ચસવાય કે તેઓની કાબૂ બહારના હોય તેવા અસાધારણ સાંજોગો/કારણો અાંગે સરકારને ખાતરી થતાાં ચનયત તારીખ બાદ હાજર થવાની પરવાનગી આપવામાાં આવિે. ૦૪. આ ઉમેદવારોને ૨(બે) વર્ ગ માટે તદ્દન હંગામી અને કામિલાઉ રીતે અજમાયિી ધોરણે ચનમણૂક આપવામાાં આવે છે. તેઓએ ૨(બે) વર્ગનો અજમાયિી સમય સાંતોર્કારક રીતે પૂરો કયાગ બાદ તેઓને ચવદ્યુત ચનરીક્ષક અને લીફ્ટ ઇન્્પેકટર (વગગ-૧) ની જગ્ યા પર લાાંબાગાળાના ધોરણે ચનયુચિ આપવા ચવિારણા કરવામાાં આવિે.CENTRAL SECTION ] GUJARAT GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, 29-01-2026 71 ૦૫. અજમાયિી સમય દરમ્ યાન તેઓન ે ર.૬૭૭૦૦ – ૨૦૮૭૦૦ (પે મેટ્રીક્ષ – ૧૧) ના પગાર ધોરણમાાં ન્યનુ ત્તમ તબક્કે માચસક પગાર ર.૬૭૭૦૦/- તથા ચનયમોનુસાર અન્ય ભથથા મળવાપાત્ર થિે. સમગ્ર અજમાયિી / તાલીમ દરમ્યાન કોઇ ઇજાફો મળવાપાત્ર થિે નહીં. અજમાયિી મુદ્દત સાંતોર્કારક રીતે પૂરી થયે તેમને ચનયચમત ધોરણે ચવદ્યુત ચનરીક્ષક, વગગ-૧ તરીકે ચનમણકૂ આપતા હુકમો કરાિે. જે હુકમો થયા બાદ જ તેમને ચનયમોનુસાર ઇજાફો / ઇજાફાઓ મળવાપાત્ર થિે. આ ઉમેદવારોમાાંથી જેઓ હાલ ગુજરાત સરકારની નોકરીમાાં છે તેઓના પગાર, રજા, પન્ે િન વગેરે ગુજરાત મુલ્કી સેવા ચનયમો, ૨૦૦૨ની જોગવાઇને આધીન રહેિે. ૦૬. અજમાયિી સમય દરમ્ યાન આ ઉમેદવારો ગુજરાત મુલ્ કી સેવા ચનયમો, ૨૦૦૨ હેઠળ પ્રથમ વગનગ ા અચધકારીને મળતા મુસાફરી ભથ થાાં, ઘરભાડા ભથ થાાં, ્ થાચનક ભથથ ાાં ઇત્ય ારદ મેળવવાને પાત્ર થિે તેમજ તેમના પગાર ભથથ ાાં, મળવાપાત્ર પિે ગીઓ તેમજ ચિ્ ત અને વતગણૂકને લગતી બાબતો વગેરે સરકારે વખતોવખત નક્કી કરેલા ચનયમોની જોગવાઇને આધીન રહેિે. ૦૭. આ ઉમેદવારોએ ગુજરાત સરકારના કાયગક્ષેત્ર હેઠળ કોઇપણ જગ્ યાએ સેવાઓ આપવાની રહેિે. તેઓની નોકરી બદલીપાત્ર છે અન ે સરકારને જરર જણાય તે પ્રમાણે તેઓની બદલી કરી િકિે. ૦૮. આ ઉમેદવારોએ જે-તે સમયે અમલમાાં હોય તેવા સરકારી ચનયમોને આધીન ચનયત કરેલ ધોરણસર(Level)ની ગુજરાતી, ચહન્ દી તેમજ ખાતાકીય પરીક્ષામાાં ઉત્તીણગ થવાનુાં રહેિે. ૦૯. રાજીનામુાં આપનાર ઉમેદવારની બાબતમાાં GCSR (General Conditions of Services) -36ની જોગવાઇ અનુસારની કાયવગ ાહી કરવાની રહેિે. ૧૦. આ ઉમેદવારો ચવદ્યુત ચનરીક્ષક અને લીફ્ટ ઇન્્પેકટર (વગગ-૧) તરીકેનો હવાલો સાંભાળે તે પહેલાાં અજમાયિી તરીકે તેઓની હાજર થયા તારીખથી ૦૨(બે) વર્ગ સુધી દરેક વર્ે તેમની કામગીરીના મૂલ્ યાાંકન અહેવાલો (Appraisal Reports) સામાન્ય વહીવટ ચવભાગના તા.૦૯/૦૬/૧૯૮૯ના પરરપત્ર ક્રમાાંક:-પીઆરઓ-૧૦૮૬-પ૦૬૮-ગ-ર અન્વયે ચનયત કરેલ પત્રકમાાં ૩(ત્રણ) નકલમાાં સરકારશ્રીન ે ચનયચમત મોકલવાનુાં કાયગ અજમાયિીની જે જગા સામે ફાળવણી/ચનમણૂક કરવામાાં આવી છે તે જગાના સત્તાચધકારીએ જ કરવાનુાં રહેિે. જેથી દરેક સાંબચધત સત્તાચધકારીએ આ બાબતે અાંગત ધ્યાન આપી સિૂ વ્યા પ્રમાણેની કાયગવાહી થાય તેની કાળજી રાખવી. અહેવાલો રચજ.એ.ડી.થી અથવા રુબરુમાાં મોકલવાના રહેિે જેથી ટપાલમાાં ગેરવલ્લે જવાનો સાંભવ ન રહે. તેમજ સામાન્ય વહીવટ ચવભાગના તા.૩૦/૦૩/૧૯૮૯ના પરરપત્ર ક્રમાાંકઃ-પીઆરઓ-૧૦૮૧-૧૭-૯-ગ-ર અન્વ યે આપવામાાં આવેલ માગગદિગક સૂિનાઓનો અમલ કરવાનો રહેિે. ૧૧. તેઓએ સામાન્ય વહીવટ ચવભાગની તા.૦૩/૦૪/૨૦૧૦ની અચધસૂિના ક્રમાાંક એસ / ૨૦૧૦ / ૨૫ / આરટીઆર / ૧૧ / ૨૦૦૭ / ૩૧૯૬૬૨ (૧૪૨૯) / ક અન્વયે ચનયત થયા મુજબ સીધી ભરતીના અજમાયિી ચવદ્યુત ચનરીક્ષક અને લીફ્ટ ઇન્્પેકટર (વગગ-૧)ની સાં્થાકીય અને પ્રત્યક્ષ તાલીમ લેવાની રહેિે અને પૂરવસેવાની પરીક્ષા, ઉિ અચધસૂિનાના ચનયમ ૫ માાં દિાગવ્યા મુજબ ચનયત તકો અને ચનયત સમયમયાગદામાાં પાસ કરવાની રહેિે. અજમાયિી સમય સાંતોર્કારક રીતે પૂણગ થયા બાદ તથા પૂવગ સેવા તાલીમાન્ત પરીક્ષા પસાર કયાગ બાદ જ તેઓ ચવદ્યુત ચનરીક્ષક અને લીફ્ટ ઇન્્પેકટર (વગગ-૧) સાંવગગમાાં ચનયચમત રીતે ચનમણૂક મેળવવાપાત્ર ઠરિે. જો તેઓ ચનયમો હેઠળ ઠરાવેલી ઉિ પરીક્ષા ચનયત તકમાાં પસાર કરી િકિે નહીં તો તેમની સવે ા કોઇપણ જાતની નોટીસ આપ્યા ચવના સામાન્ય વહીવટ ચવભાગની તા.૦૩/૦૪/૨૦૧૦ની અચધસૂિનાના ચનયમ ૫ મુજબ સમાપ્ત કરવામાાં આવિે, તે િરત કબૂલ માંજૂર છે તેમ જાણી સમજીને તઓે ચનમણૂક ્વીકારે છે, તે મતલબની પત્રક ૧ મુજબ લેચખત બાાંહેધરી તેઓએ મુખ્ય ચવદ્યતુ ચનરીક્ષકશ્રીની કિેરીમાાં હાજર થતાાં પહેલાાં આપવાની રહેિે. ૧૨. આ ઉમેદવારોએ, સામાન્ય વહીવટ ચવભાગના તા.૦૩/૧ર/૧૯૮૬ના પરરપત્ર ક્રમાાંક:-સીડીઆર-૧૧૮૬-યુઓ-રર૪૪-ગ.ર માાંની સૂિનાઓ મુજબ ચવદ્યુત ચનરીક્ષક અને લીફ્ટ ઇન્્પેકટર (વગગ-૧) માાં હાજર થતી વખતે આ સાથે ચબડેલ પરરચિષ્ટ-૪ ના નમૂના મુજબ સોગાંદ લેવાના રહેિે. સોગાંદ લીધા ચસવાય કોઇને નોકરીમાાં હાજર થવા દેવામાાં આવિે નચહ. ૧૩. આ ઉમેદવારોએ ફાળવણી/ચનમણૂકવાળી જગ્ યાએ હાજર થતાાં પહેલાાં જો તેઓ અગાઉની સરકારી કે અધગસરકારી નોકરીમાાં હોય તો ત ે સેવામાાંથી તેઓને છૂટા કરવામાાં આવ્યા છે/ફરજ મુિ કરવામાાં આવ્યા છે તે મતલબનો હુકમ (રીલીવ ઓડગર) હાજર થતી વખતે રજ ૂ કરવાનો રહેિે. ૧૪. જે ઉમેદવારો હાલ નોકરીમાાં િાલુ હોય અને જેમણે અરજીપત્ર સાથે કે રબર મુલાકાત વખતે આયોગમાાં પોતાની કિેરીનુાં ‘‘ના વાાંધા પ્રમાણપત્ર’’ (N.O.C.) રજૂ ન કય ુું હોય તો તેમણે ચનમણૂક પામતાાં પહેલા સબાંચધત અચધકારીશ્રી સમક્ષ ‘‘ના વાાંધા પ્રમાણપત્ર’’ રજ ૂ કરવાનુાં રહેિે.72 GUJARAT GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, 29-01-2026 [ PART I ૧૫. તેઓએ પરરચિષ્ટ-૧ માાં દિાગવેલ કિેરી ખાતે હાજર થતી વખતે ગુજરાત મુલ્કી સેવા વગીકરણ અને ભરતી (સામાન્ય) ચનયમો, ૧૯૬૭ ના ચનયમ ૮ (૧એ) ની જોગવાઇન ે અનુલક્ષીને સામાન્ય વહીવટ ચવભાગના તા.૧૩/૦૮/૨૦૦૦ના ઠરાવ ક્રમાાંક: સીઆરઆર / ૧૦ / ૨૦૦૭ / ૧૨૦૩૨૦ / ગ. ૫ થી ચનયત કરાયેલ અભ્યાસક્રમ મુજબના કોમ્પ્યુટર અાંગેન ુાં બેચિક નોલેજ ધરાવતાાં હોવાનુાં કોઇપણ સાં્થાન ુાં પ્રમાણપત્ર અિૂકપણે રજૂ કરવાનુાં રહેિે. આવી પ્રમાણપત્ર રજ ૂ કરાયેથી જ સાંબાંચધત કિેરી દ્વારા તેમને ચનમણૂક આપતા ચવચધસરના હુકમો કરવામાાં આવિે. ૧૬. આ ઉમેદવારોએ ગુજરાત મુલ્કી સેવા કોમ્પ્યુટર કૌિલ્ય તાલીમ અને પરીક્ષા ચનયમો, ૨૦૦૬ની જોગવાઈઓ અનુસાર અજમાયિી સમય દરમ્યાન CCC+ ની પરીક્ષા પાસ કરવાની રહેિે. અજમાયિી સમય દરમ્યાન જો તેઓ આ પરીક્ષા પાસ નહીં કર ે તો તેઓનો ચનયમાનુસાર અજમાયિી સમય લાંબાવવામાાં આવિે અને આ લાંબાવેલ સમય દરમ્યાન પણ તેઓ જો આ પરીક્ષા પાસ નહીં કરે તો તેમની સેવા સમાપ્ત કરવામાાં આવિે અને ઉિ પરીક્ષા પસાર કયે તેઓને સેવામાાં પરત લેવામાાં આવિે. તે મતલબની લેચખત બાાંહેધરી તેઓએ ચનમણૂકની કિેરીમાાં હાજર થતાાં પહેલા સાથે ચબડેલ પરરચિષ્ટ-૨(બાાંહેધરી પત્રક-૧) મુજબ આપવાની રહેિે. ૧૭. કોઇ યોજના/કામગીરી/કોઇ કિેરી/જગ્યાઓ બાંધ થવાથી કમગિારી/અચધકારીઓને રાજ્ય સરકાર જગ્યાના અભાવે ફાજલ(સરપ્લસ) જાહેર કરે તો નોકરીનો અાંત આવિે. તેમ છતાાં ગુજરાત મુલ્કી સેવા ચનયમો ૨૦૦૨ મુજબ મળવાપાત્ર લાભો આપી સરકાર છુટા કરી િકિે. નોકરીમાાં િાલુ રાખવાનો દાવો થઇ િકિે નહીં. ૧૮. સાંબાંચધત અનામત કેટેગરીના ઉમેદવારને ચવદ્યુત ચનરીક્ષક અને લીફ્ટ ઇન્્પેકટર (વગગ-૧)ની જગ્યા પર સરકારશ્રીના પ્રવતગમાન ચનયમો/જોગવાઇઓ અનુસાર જાચત પ્રમાણપત્રની સક્ષમ સત્તાચધકારી/ચવશ્લેર્ણ સચમચત (Scrutineer committee) સમક્ષ થયેલ ખરાઇને આધારે ચનમણૂક આપવામાાં આવ ે છે. જો ચવશ્લેર્ણ સચમચત (Scrutineer committee) દ્વારા ખરાઇ થયેલ જાચત પ્રમાણપત્ર સામે ભચવષ્યમાાં કોઇ વાાંધા અરજી મળ ે છે અને તેની િકાસણી બાદ સબાં ાંચધત જાચતનુાં પ્રમાણપત્ર ખોટુ સાચબત થિે અથવા તેમાાં કોઇ વાાંધાકારક હકીકત જણાિે તો પસાંદગી પામેલ ઉમેદવારની ચનમણૂક તાત્કાચલક અસરથી રદ કરવામાાં આવિે. સાંબાંચધત અનામત કેટેગરીના ઉમેદવારે આ સાથે ચબડેલ પરરચિષ્ટ-૩(બાાંહેધરી પત્રક-૨) ના નમૂનામાાં બાાંહેધરી આપવાની રહેિે. ૧૯. આ ઉમેદવારોએ ચનમણૂકના ્થળે હાજર થતી વખતે આ સાથે ચબડેલ પરરચિષ્ટ-૫ (security Bond) મુજબના જામીનખતનાાં ચનયત નમૂનામાાં લેખ/કરાર કરવાનો રહેિે. જે કરાર પ્રમાણે તેઓ (ક) ઠરાવેલો તાલીમ અભ્યાસક્રમ પૂરો કરી ન િકે અથવા (ખ) સેવા પૂવેની પરીક્ષામાાં બેસી ન િકે અથવા (ગ) સરકારને સાંતોર્ થાય તે રીતે અજમાયિી ચનયમોની જોગવાઇ પૈકી કોઇ જોગવાઇ પૂરી કરી ન િક ે અથવા (ઘ) અજમાયિી મુદત સચહતની મૂળ ચનમણૂકની તારીખથી ૩ વર્ગની સેવા પૂણગ થયા પહેલાાં સેવા છોડી દે તો સરકારે એમને આપેલી તાલીમના ખિગ ઉપરાાંત અજમાયિી તરીકેની તેમની ચનમણૂકને પરરણામે તેમની તાલીમની મદુ ત દરમ્યાન સરકાર ે િૂકવેલા પગાર અન ે ભથથાાં પરત કરવા તઓે અને તેમના જામીનો સાંયુિ અને અલગ રીતે બાંધાયેલા રહેિે અને પરત કરવામાાં નહીં આવેલ રકમ જમીન મહેસૂલની બાકી તરીકે વસુલ કરી િકાિે. ૨૦. ઉપર દિાગવેલ િરતો ચસવાય આ ચનમણૂક અાંગે હવે પછી વખતોવખત સરકારશ્રી દ્વારા લાગુ કરવામાાં આવ ે તે િરતો પણ ઉિ તમામ ઉમેદવારોને બાંધનકતાગ રહેિે. પરરમશષ્ટ-૧ ઊર્જા
