આયોગ દ્વારા અપાયેલ ગુણાનુક્રમ પ્રમાણે ચનયત થર્ે. ચનયત/વધારી આપેલ મુદ્દતમાાં હાજર થવામાાં ચનષ્ફળ ચનવડે તેવા ઉમેદવારો ઉક્ત જગ્યાએ જોડાવા ઇચ્છતા નથી તેવુાં માની લઇન ે તેઓની ચનમણૂક રદ્દ કરવામાાં આવર્ે. 2. ચનયામકશ્રીએ કાળજી રાખવાની રહેર્ે. 4. ચનયામકશ્રી, ઔદ્યોચગક સલામતી અને સ્વાસ્્ય, અમદાવાદએ, હાજર થયેલ અચધકારીને સામાન્ય વહીવટ ચવભાગના તા.૦૩/૧૨/૧૯૮૬ના પડરપત્ર ક્રમાાંક:સીડીઆર-૧૧૮૬-યુઓ-૨૨૪૪-ગ.૨ની સૂિનાઓ મુજબ ચનયત નમૂનામાાં “ભારતના સાંચવધાનને વફાદાર રહેવાના તેમજ તેના પ્રત્યે ચનષ્ઠા દર્ાગવતા” સોગાંદ લેવડાવ્યા બાદ હાજર કરવાના રહેર્ે અને લીધેલ સોગાંદપત્ર સેવાપોથીમા ાં જાળવવાના રહેર્ે તથા તેની એક નકલ ચવભાગને મોકલી આપવાની રહેર્ે. 5. સરદાર પટેલ લોક પ્રર્ાસન સાંસ્થા, અમદાવાદ દ્વારા તેઓને ચનયમોનુસાર ચવગતવાર તાલીમ અાંગે આયોજન થાય તે દરમ્યાન સાંબાંચધત કાયદાની જાણકારી મળી રહે તે હેતુથી કિેરીએ તેમની જુદી જુદી ર્ાખાઓમાાં તાલીમ અાંગેની વ્યવસ્થા કરવાની રહેર્ે. 6. તેઓએ અજમાયર્ી સમય પુરો કરીને, લાાંબાગાળાની ચનમણૂક મેળવ્યા બાદ ત્રણ વર્ગની સેવા બજાવવા અગાં ે સાથે ચબડેલ નમૂના મુજબ ચસક્યોરીટી અને સ્યોરીટી બોન્ડ આપવાના રહેર્ે. આ ચસક્યોરીટી અને સ્યોરીટી બોન્ડ સાંબાંચધત ઉમેદવાર તથા તેમના બે જામીનોને સાંયુક્ત અને અલગ રીતે એમ બાંને રીતે બધાં નકતાગ રહેર્ે. દરેક ઉમેદવારે પોતે રજૂ કરેલા દરેક જામીનો રૂ.૫૦૦૦/- સુધીની રકમ માટે દાર અન ે હયાત છે તવે ા સાંબાંચધત મામલતદારના પ્રમાણપત્ર સાથે ચનયામકશ્રી, ઔદ્યોચગક સલામચત અને સ્વાસ્્ય, અમદાવાદ સમક્ષ હાજર થતી વખતે અથવા હાજર થયા બાદ એક મચહનાની અાંદર આપવાના રહેર્ે. દારપણાન ુાં પ્રમાણપત્ર ચનયત નમૂનામાાં અન ે જરૂરી કોટટ ફી, સ્ટેમ્પ સાથે આપવાનુાં રહેર્ે તથા દર વર્ ે તે ડરન્યુ કરાવીને રજ ૂ કરવાની જવાબદારી જ ે તે અજમાયર્ી અચધકારીની રહેર્ે. આ રીતે તઓે એ સાંબાંચધત અચધકારી સમક્ષ રજૂ કરેલ પ્રમાણપત્રો ચનયામકશ્રી, ઔદ્યોચગક સલામચત અને સ્વાસ્્ય, અમદાવાદએ શ્રમ, કૌર્લ્ય ચવકાસ અન ે રોજગાર ચવભાગને મોકલી આપવાના રહેર્ે. 7. ચનયામકશ્રી, ઔદ્યોચગક સલામચત અને સ્વાસ્્ય, અમદાવાદએ બાાંહેધરી પત્ર અને દારપણાના પ્રમાણપત્રો સાંપૂણગ હોવાની ખાત્રી કરીને ત ે મુજબના ર્ેરા સાથે આ ચવભાગને પરત મોકલવાના રહેર્ે અને તેમ કયાગની જાણ એકાઉન્ટન્ટ જનરલશ્રીની કિેરી, રાજકોટ/અમદાવાદન ે પણ કરવાની રહેર્ે અને જ્યાાં સુધી તેમ કરવામાાં નહી આવે ત્યાાં સુધી ઉમેદવારને તેમના પગાર અને ભ્થાાં માટે અચધકૃત કરવાના રહર્ે ે નચહિં. 8. તેઓએ ગુજરાત મુલ્કી સેવા કોમ્્યુટર કૌર્લ્ય તાલીમ અને પરીક્ષા ચનયમો, ૨૦૦૬ની જોગવાઇ મુજબ અજમાયર્ી સમય દરમ્યાન કોમ્્યુટર કૌર્લ્યની સીસીસી ્લસ (CCC+) ની પરીક્ષા પાસ કરવાની રહેર્ે. અજમાયર્ી સમય દરમ્યાન આ પરીક્ષા પાસ નહીં કરવાની ડકસ્સામાાં અજમાયર્ી સમય લાંબાવવામાાં આવર્ે. આવા લાંબાવેલા સમયમાાં પણ તેઓ આ પરીક્ષા પાસ નહીં કરે તો તેઓની સેવા સમાપ્ત કરવામાાં આવર્ે. પછીથી જો તેઓ પરીક્ષા પાસ કરર્ે તો જ તેઓન ે સવે ામાાં પ્રવરતાના રક્ષણ ચવના પરત લેવામાાં આવર્ે તે મતલબની લેચખત બાાંહેધરી તેઓએ સાંબાંચધત અચધકારીશ્રીને આ સાથે બીડેલ ચનયત નમૂનામાાં આપવાની રહેર્ે, જે સાંબાંચધત અચધકારીશ્રીએ શ્રમ, કૌર્લ્ય ચવકાસ અને રોજગાર ચવભાગને મોકલી આપવાના રહેર્ે. 9. તેઓએ અજમાયર્ી સમય દરમ્યાન ગુજરાત શ્રમ ચવભાગ (રાજ્યપચત્રત અચધકારીઓની સવે ાની ર્રતો સાંબાંચધત પરીક્ષા) ચનયમો, ૨૦૦૮ જાહેરનામાાં ક્રમાાંક:કેએિઆર-૨૦૦૮-૧૨૭-સીએલઇ-૧૦-૨૦૦૭-૧૦૬૯-મ(૧) તા.૦૩/૦૭/૨૦૦૮ થી ઠરાવેલ ખાતાકીય પરીક્ષા ચનયત તકમાાં પાસ કરવાની રહેર્ે. ચનયત તકમાાં આ પરીક્ષા પાસ નહીં કરવાથી તેઓની સેવાઓ સમાપ્ત કરવામાાં આવર્ે. 10. તેઓએ ગુજરાત મુલ્કી સેવા વગીકરણ અને ભરતી (સામાન્ય) ચનયમો, ૧૯૬૭ ના ચનયમ – ૧૫ થી ઠરાવ્યા અનુસાર ગુજરાતી અથવા ચહન્દી અથવા બાંને ભાર્ાઓની પરીક્ષાઓ પ્રવતગમાન ચનયમો મુજબ પાસ કરવાની રહેર્ે. 11. તેઓની ચનમણૂકની જગ્યાએ હાજર થયાથી તારીખથી ૨(બે) વર્ગ માટે અજમાયર્ી ધોરણે તદ્દન હિંગામી અને કામિલાઉ જ હોય આ સેવા સાંતોર્કારક નહીં જણાય તો કોઇ પણ જાતની નોટીસ આ્યા ચસવાય તાત્કાચલક અસરથી સેવાનો અતાં લાવવામાાં આવર્ે. તેઓન ે અજમાયર્ી સમય સાંતોર્કારક રીતે પૂણગ થયેથી લાાંબાગાળાની મચહલા અચધકારી, ઔદ્યોચગક સલામતી અને સ્વાસ્્ય, વગગ-૨, તરીકને ી ચનયચમત ચનમણૂક અાંગેના હુકમ કરવામાાં આવર્ે ત્યારબાદ ચનયમોનસુ ાર ઇજાફા મળવાપાત્ર થર્ે. તેઓનો અજમાયર્ી સમયની મદ્દુ ત લાંબાવવાની જરૂર જણાતા ડકસ્સાઓમાાં તે અાંગેના અલાયદા હુકમો ચનયમો, ૨૦૦૨ અને ગુજરાત મુલ્કી સેવા (પેન્ર્ન) ચનયમો, ૨૦૦૨ની જોગવાઇ મુજબ ચવચનયચમત કરવામા ાં આવર્ે. 13. દરેક અજમાયર્ીના તાલીમ દરમ્યાનની કામગીરીનો ખ્યાલ આપતા અહેવાલ (Assessment Report) સામાન્ય વહીવટ ચવભાગના તા.૦૮/૦૯/૧૯૮૯ના પડરપત્ર ક્રમાાંક:પીઆરઓ-૧૦૮૬-૫૦૬૮-ગ.૨થી ચનયત નમૂનામાાં અિૂક લખાય તે સાંબાંચધત અચધકારીશ્રીએ સુચનચિત કરી બે નકલમાાં આ ચવભાગને તથા એક એક નકલ સરદાર પટેલ રાજ્ય લોક પ્રર્ાસન સાંસ્થા, અમદાવાદ તથા ગુજરાત જાહરે સેવા આયોગ ગાાંધીનગરને મોકલવાના રહેર્ે. 14. મહાચનદેર્કશ્રી, સરદાર પટેલ રાજ્ય લોક પ્રર્ાસન સાંસ્થા (SPIPA), અમદાવાદની કિેરીએ તાલીમાથીઓની તાલીમ પૂણગ થયે, સરદાર પટેલ રાજ્ય લોક પ્રર્ાસન સાંસ્થા ખાતેનો સાંસ્થાકીય તાલીમ અાંગેનો અહવે ાલ તેમજ તાલીમાન્ત પરીક્ષાના પડરણામની નકલ આ ચવભાગન ે મોકલવાની રહેર્ે. 15. અજમાયર્ી સમય દરમ્યાન આ અજમાયર્ી અચધકારીઓ મહાચનદેર્કશ્રી, સરદાર પટેલ રાજ્ય લોક પ્રર્ાસન સાંસ્થા, અમદાવાદના ચનયાંત્રણ હેઠળ રહેર્ે. ક્ષેત્રીય તાલીમ દરમ્યાન તેઓએ જે તે ચજલ્લાના કાયગમથકે ચનવાસ કરવો ફરજીયાત રહેર્ે અને તે અાંગે સાંબાંચધત અચધકારીશ્રીએ પુરતી તકેદારી રાખવાની રહેર્ે અને જો કોઇ અજમાયર્ી મચહલા અચધકારી, ઔદ્યોચગક સલામતી અને સ્વાસ્્ય, વગગ- ૨ હાજરીમાાં અચનયચમતતા જણાય તો સત્વરે ચનયામકશ્રીએ શ્રમ, કૌર્લ્ય ચવકાસ અને રોજગાર ચવભાગને રીપોટટ આપવાનો રહેર્ે. શ્રમ, કૌર્લ્ય ચવકાસ અચધકૃત પુરાવાની નકલ રજૂ કરવાની રહેર્ે અને તે સાંબાંચધત કમગિારી/અચધકારીની સચવગસબુકમાાં િોંટાડવાની રહેર્ે. પોતાની સચવગસબુકમાાં વતનના સ્થળની નોંધણી થઇ હોવા બાબતે કમગિારી/અચધકારીએ જાતે ખાતરી કરી લેવાની રહેર્ે. સચવગસબુકમાાં નોંધણી કરવાની રહી જવા પામી હોવાની સ્સ્થચતમાાં પ્રથમ ચનમણૂક જે સ્થળે થઇ હર્ે તેને કમગિારી/અચધકારીનુાં વતનન ુાં સ્થળ ગણવાનુાં રહેર્ે. વતનના સ્થળ અથવા તેવા ફેરફાર અગાં ેની કોઇ રજૂઆતો ચવિારણાને પાત્ર બનર્ે નહીં. વધુમાાં કમગિારી/અચધકારી પહેલેથી સરકારી/અધ ગ સરકારી સેવામા ાં હોય તેમના ડકસ્સામાાં તેઓએ નવેસરથી તેમના વતન અાંગે એકરાર કરવાની જરૂર નથી. પરિંતુ આ અાંગે સેવાપોથીમાાં થયેલ વતનની
