NOTIFICATION
MINES AND MINERALS (DEVELOPMENT AND REGULATION) Act, 1957.
No.Goukhani-25/0126/Pr.Kr.001/Kh-2.— In exercise of the power conferred by fourth proviso
to sub-rule (z) of the rules 46 of the Maharashtra Minor Mineral Extraction (Development and
Regulation) Rules, 2013 and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Government of
Maharashtra, hereby notifies that the Dharavi Redevelopment Project (DRP) is a vital Public Project
and waives levy royalty leviable under the said Rules on excavation of Minor Minerals extracted and
consumed for the development of the said Dharavi Redevelopment Project (DRP).
