No. GKH/09/2026/ACD/KAS/e-file/2/2025/4248/K5:- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 26A of the Fertilizer (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Order, 1985, in its application to the State of Gujarat, the Government of Gujarat hereby amends the Government Notification, Agriculture, Farmers Welfare and Co-Operation Department No. GHKH-21-2016-FER-10-2016-84-K-5, dated the 18th March, 2016 and subsequent amendment Notification No. GKH/67/2023/ACD/KAS/e-file/2/2023/2955/K5, dated the 1st June, 2023, as follows, namely:- In the said Notification, in the said schedule, after entry at serial no. 33, the following entry shall be added, namely:- SCHEDULE Sr. No. Designation of Officer Local Area of Jurisdiction 1 2 3 “ 34 Deputy Director of Agriculture (Extension), Vav-Tharad The whole areas of Vav-Tharad District.” By order and in the name of the Governor of Gujarat, R.
