Plot No.-336 388, Sarkhej-Bavla Road, Changodar, Ta.Sanand, Dist.Ahmedabadની તા.૨૬/૦૫/૨૦૨૫ના પત્રથી સ્ત્ત્રી
શ્રમયોગીઓને બીજી પાળીમાાં બપોરના ૧૫.૪૫ થી રાત્રીના ૧૨.૧૫ તથા ત્રીજી પાળીમાાં રાત્રીના ૧૨.૦૦થી સવારના ૦૭.૩૦ કલાક સુધી
કામે રાખવા માટેની રજૂઆતના સાંદર્ભમાાં ચનયામકશ્રી, ઔદ્યોચગક સલામતી અને સ્ત્વાસ્ત્્ય, અમદાવાદના તા.૧૭/૦૧/૨૦૨૬ના પત્રની ર્લામણ
અન્વયે જાહેરનામ ુાં િચસધ્ધ થયા તારીખથી એક વર્ ભ માટે નીિને ી શરતોને આધીન રહીને બીજી પાળીમાાં બપોરના ૧૫.૪૫ થી રાત્રીના ૧૨.૧૫
તથા ત્રીજી પાળીમાાં રાત્રીના ૧૨.૦૦થી સવારના ૦૭.૩૦ કલાક સુધી સ્ત્ત્રી શ્રમયોગીઓને કામે રાખવાની આથી માંજૂરી આપવામાાં આવે છે.
1. સ્ત્ત્રી શ્રમયોગીઓને તેમના રહેઠાણથી કારખાનામાાં અને કારખાનામાાંથી રહેઠાણ સુધી લાવવા લઇ જવાની મફત વ્યવસ્ત્થા શીફ્ટવાર
કરવાની રહેશે.
2. ઉપર મુજબની વ્યવસ્ત્થા પૂરી પાડવામાાં આવે તે સ્ત્ત્રી શ્રમયોગીઓને લાવવા લઇ જવા માટેના વાહનમાાં પરૂ તી સલામતીની વ્યવસ્ત્થા
કરવાની રહેશે.
3. સ્ત્ત્રી શ્રમયોગીનુાં રહેઠાણનુાં સરનામુાં બદલાઇ જાય (સામાન્ય રીતે લગ્ન થતા સરનામુાં બદલાય છે) તો પીક-અપ સ્ત્થાન ફરીથી નકકી કરવ ુાં
અથવા સદરહં સ્ત્ત્રી શ્રમયોગીને િથમ પાળી કે જનરલ પાળીમાાં જ કામે રાખવામાાં આવે તે રીતે વ્યવસ્ત્થા કરવાની રહેશે.
4. સ્ત્ત્રી શ્રમયોગીના ૦૬ વર્થભ ી નાના બાળકો માટે લાગુ પડતુાં હોય તેવા કકસ્ત્સામાાં કારખાના અચધચનયમ ૧૯૪૮ની કલમ-૪૮માાં ઉલ્લેચખત
જરૂરી સુચવધાઓ સ્ત્થાપવાની-સાંિાલન કરવાની રહેશે. તે અચધચનયમની જોગવાઇઓ મુજબ રાખવાના થતા ઘોકડયા ઘર માટે ગુજરાત
કારખાના ચનયમ-૧૯૬૩ના ચનયમ-૮૩ અને ચનયમ ૮૩-એ ની જોગવાઇઓ મુજબની યોગ્ય લાયકાતવાળી સ્ત્ત્રીની ચનમણૂક કરવી.

5. કારખાના ધારો, ૧૯૪૮ની કલમ, ૬૬(૧)(બી)માાંથી જે શરતોએ મુકકત આપવામાાં આવે તે શરતો ગુજરાતી ર્ાર્ામાાં કારખાનામાાં
શ્રમયોગીઓ વાાંિી શકે તે રીતે મુચિના સમયગાળા દરચમયાન કારખાનામાાં િદચશભત કરવાની રહેશે.
6. જે સ્ત્ત્રી શ્રમયોગીઓન ે બીજી પાળીમાાં બપોરના ૧૫.૪૫ થી રાત્રીના ૧૨.૧૫ તથા ત્રીજી પાળીમાાં રાત્રીના ૧૨.૦૦થી સવારના ૦૭.૩૦
કલાક સુધી કામે રાખવામાાં આવે તે સ્ત્ત્રી શ્રમયોગીઓની કામ કરવાની લચેખતમાાં સાંમચત મેળવવાની રહેશે.
7. ગર્ભ ધારણ અથવા બાળ જન્મને સાંબાંચધત ન હોય તેવા ન્યાચયક કારણો ચસવાય સ્ત્ત્રી શ્રમયોગીઓને ડીસમીસ કરી શકાશે નહીં કે નોટીસ
આપી શકાશે નહીં. તે અાંગેની જાણકારી સ્ત્ત્રી શ્રમયોગીઓને કરવાની રહેશે.
8. બીજી અને ત્રીજી પાળી દરચમયાન કામે રાખવામાાં આવેલ સ્ત્ત્રી શ્રમયોગીઓ માટે સ્ત્ત્રી સુપરવાઇઝરની વ્યવસ્ત્થા કરવાની રહેશે.
9. ફેકટરી એકટની કલમ-૬૬(૧)(એ) મુજબ, સદરહ એકટની કલમ-પ૪ અન્વયે ચનયત થયેલ કલાકથી વધુ સમય માટે (એક પાળીમાાં)
સ્ત્ત્રી શ્રમયોગીઓ પાસથે ી કામ લઇ શકાશે નચહ.
10. સ્ત્ત્રી શ્રમયોગીઓની જાચતય સતામણી ન થાય તે માટે નામ. સુચિમ કોટટના રીટ પીટીશન નાં.૬૬૬ થી ૬૭૦/૧૯૯૨ના તા.૧૩-૬-૯૭ના
િૂકાદાની સૂિનાઓનો અમલ કરવાનો રહેશે તથા The Sexual Harassment of Women at Work place (Prevention,
Prohibition and Redressal Act–2013ની જોગવાઇ મુજબ Internal Complaints Committee બનાવવાની રહેશે.
11. નામદાર ગુજરાત હાઈકોટટના સીએવી જજમેંટ સ્ત્પે.સી.એ. ન.ાં૨૯૮૪/૨૦૧૨ના પારા ૨૫.૧માાં આપેલ િૂકાદા મુજબ મચહલા
શ્રમયોગીઓને રાત્રી પાળીમાાં રાખવામાાં આવે તે માટે કંપનીએ સેફ્ટી અને સીકયુરીટીની િૂસ્ત્તપણે કાળજી લેવાની રહેશે.
12. સદર પરવાનગી નવા વર્ ભ માટે લેવા ઇચ્છતા કારખાનાએ તેઓને મળલે પરવાનગી પરુ ા થવાના ૦૩ માસ અગાઉ તમામ દસ્ત્તાવેજી
પૂરાવા સાથે નવસે રથી અરજી કરવાની રહેશે.
13. સ્ત્ત્રી શ્રમયોગીઓના કૌશલ્યમાાં વધારો થાય તે માટે સમયાાંતરે યોગ્ય તાલીમી સાંસ્ત્થાઓ પાસેથી તાલીમ અપાવવાની રહેશે.
14. આ શરતોનો ર્ાંગ/ઉલ્લાંઘન થયેલ જણાશે તો કારખાના ધારાની કલમ-૬૬(૧)(બી) માાંથી આપવામાાં આવેલ મુચિ રદ થયેલ ગણાશે
અને માંજૂર કરેલ નાઇટ શીફ્ટસ બાંધ કરવાની રહેશે અન્યથા સાંસ્ત્થા સામે કાયદેસરની કાયભવાહી કરવામાાં આવશે.
15. આ હકમથી આપવામાાં આવેલ માંજૂરીમાાં જણાવેલ શરતોના પાલનનો અહેવાલ દર માસે ચનયામક, ઔદ્યોચગક સલામચત અને સ્ત્વાસ્ત્્ય
તાંત્ર હેઠળની સ્ત્થાચનક કિેરીને તેમજ તેની વડી કિેરીને કરવાનો રહેશે.

CONSTITUTION OF INDIA.
No. GR/2026/30/LED/DER/e-file/11/2022/1470/R1:- In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309
of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Gujarat hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Principal
Class II/Senior Surveyor Class II/Technical Officer Class II/Training Cum Placement Officer/Trade Testing
Officer/Senior Training Officer. Class II, Departmental Examination Rules, 2022, namely: -
1. These rules may be called the Principal Class II/Senior Surveyor Class II/Technical Officer Class II/Training
Cum Placement Officer/Trade Testing Officer/Senior Training Officer, Class II, Departmental Examination
(Amendment) Rules, 2026.
2. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
3. In the Principal/Senior Surveyor/Technical Officer/Training Cum Placement Officer/Trade Testing Officer/
Senior Training Officer, Class II, Departmental Examination (Amendment) Rules, 2022, (hereinafter referred to
as "the said rules"), in rule 2, for clause (f), the following clause shall be substituted namely:-
"Board" means Gujarat Subordinate Services Selection Board, Gandhinagar;PART IV-A ] GUJARAT GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, 23-04-2026 231
4. In the said rules, for rule 4, the following rule shall be substituted namely: -
"4. Eligibility to appear in the examination: No person shall be eligible to appear in the examination unless he
has completed three years of service after his appointment in the cadre mentioned in Part-I of Appendix-A:
Notwithstanding anything contained in these rules; a Supervisor Instructor who has worked for at
least three years after being eligible for receiving the First Higher Pay Scale shall be eligible to appear in
the examination."

NARMADA, WATER RESOURCES, WATER SUPPLY AND KALPSAR DEPARTMENT
NOTIFICATION

CONSTITUTION OF INDIA.
No. G/NJ/2026/61/NWRWSKD/FPR/e-file/13/2026/1510/Section G:- In exercise of the powers conferred by the
proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India and in supersession of all the rules made in this behalf, the Governor
of Gujarat hereby makes the following rules to provide for regulating recruitment to the post of Office Superintendent,
Class II in the General State Service, under the Narmada, Water Resources, Water Supply and Kalpsar Department,
Gujarat State, namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Office Superintendent, Class II, in the General State Service under the
Narmada, Water Resources, Water Supply and Kalpsar Department, Recruitment Rules, 2026.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Appointment to the post of Office Superintendent, Class II, in the General State Service under the Narmada,
Water Resources, Water Supply and Kalpsar Department, Gujarat State, shall be made by promotion of a person
who possesses ‘good’ benchmark for being considered fit for promotion within the zone of consideration as laid
down in the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967 from amongst the
persons, who,-
(i) have worked for not less than seven years in the cadre of Head Clerk, Class III, in the subordinate service
of the Narmada, Water Resources, Water Supply and Kalpsar Department-;
(ii) have passed the departmental examination as may be prescribed by the Government; and
(iii) have passed the qualifying examination for computer knowledge in accordance with the provisions of the
Gujarat Civil Services Computer Competency Training and Examination Rules, 2006:
Provided that where the appointing authority is satisfied that a person having the experience as specified
in clause (i) above is not available for promotion and that it is necessary in the public interest to fill up the post
by promotion even if a person having experience for a lesser period; it may, for reasons to be recorded in
writing, promote such person who possesses experience of a period of not less than two-thirds of the period
specified in clause (i) above.

SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT

CONSTITUTION OF INDIA.
No. GST/03/2026/ DST/RER/e-file/24/2024/0793/IT Cadre: - In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to
article 309 of the Constitution of India the Governor of Gujarat hereby makes the following rules to provide for
regulating recruitment to the post of the Technical Assistant, Class III, in the Subordinate Services, under the
Directorate of Information and Communication Technology and e-Governance, namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Technical Assistant, Class III, in the Subordinate Services, under the
Directorate of Information and Communication Technology and e-Governance Recruitment Rules, 2026.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in Official Gazette.
2. Appointment to the post of Technical Assistant, Class III, in the subordinate services, under the Directorate of
Information and Communication Technology and e-Governance shall be made by direct selection.
3. To be eligible for appointment by direct selection to the posts mentioned in rule 2, the candidate shall,–
(a) not be more than 37 years of age;
Provided that the upper age limit may be relaxed in favour of candidate who is already in the service of
the Government of Gujarat in accordance with the provisions of the Gujarat Civil Services Classification
and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967.
(b) Possess a Bachelor’s degree of Engineering or Technology in Information Technology or Computer
Science or Computer Engineering or Electronics or Electronics and Communication or Computer
Technology or Information and Communication technology or a Bachelor’s degree of Computer
Application or a Master’s degree in Computer Application or Science (IT) obtained from any of the
Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in India; or any other
educational institution recognised as such or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the
University Grants Commission Act, 1956; and
(c) Possess adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.
4. The provisions of rule 9A of the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967
shall be applicable in respect of a candidate appointed by direct selection.
5. The candidate appointed by direct selection shall require to pass the departmental examination in accordance
with the rules as may be prescribed by the Government.
6. The candidate appointed by direct selection shall require to undergo such training and to pass such examination
as may be prescribed by the Government.
7. The candidate appointed by direct selection shall require to furnish a security and surety bond in such form, for
such amount and for such period as may be prescribed by the Government.
