No. GE-2025-(126)-EPCD/MVN/e-file/20/2022/0879/E:- In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India and in supersession of all the rules made in this behalf, the Governor of Gujarat hereby makes the following rules to provide for regulating recruitment to the post of Deputy Chief Electrical Inspector, Class I, in the Gujarat Engineering Service, under the office of the Chief Electrical Inspector, Gujarat State, namely:- 1. (i) These rules may be called the Deputy Chief Electrical Inspector, Class I, in the Gujarat Engineering Service, under the office of the Chief Electrical Inspector, Recruitment Rules, 2025. (ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Appointment to the post of Deputy Chief Electrical Inspector, Class I, in the Gujarat Engineering Service, under the office of the Chief Electrical Inspector, Gujarat State shall be made by promotion of a person who possess ‘Very Good’ benchmark for being considered fit for promotion within the zone of consideration as laid down in the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967 from amongst the persons who,- (i) have worked for not less than five years in the cadre of Electrical Inspector and the Lift Inspector in the Office of the Chief Electrical Inspector, Gandhinagar, in the Gujarat Engineering Service Class I; and (ii) have passed the qualifying examination for computer knowledge in accordance with the provisions of the Gujarat Civil Services Computer Competency Training and Examination Rules, 2006: 548549 GUJARAT GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, 27-11-2025 [ PART IV-A Provided that where the appointing authority is satisfied that a person having the experience specified in sub clause (i) above is not available for promotion and that it is necessary in the public interest to fill up a post by promotion even of a person having experience for a lesser period; it may, for reasons to be recorded in writing, promote such person who possesses experience of Electrical Inspector and Lift Inspector, Class-I not less than two thirds of the period specified in sub clause (i) above. 3. The candidate appointed by promotion shall be required to undergo such training and pass such examination as may be prescribed by the Government. By order and in the name of the Governor of Gujarat, (Sd/-)Illigible, Joint Secretary to Government. ---------- શ્રમ, કૌશલ્ય વિકાસ અને રોજગાર વિભાગ જાહેરનામ ું સચિવાલય, ગાાંધીનગર, ૧૭મી ઓક્ટોબર, ૨૦૨૫ કારખાના અવિવનયમ, ૧૯૪૮ ક્રમાુંકઃ GR/2025/152/LED/FAC/e-file/11/2025/1577/M3:- કારખાના અચધચનયમ, ૧૯૪૮ (સને-૧૯૪૮નો ૬૩મો)ની કલમ- ૬૬(૧)(એ) ના પરંતુકથી મળેલ સત્તાની રુએ Marico Limited, Plot no.SM 23/24, Sanand II Industrial Estate, GIDC, Sanand, Ahmedabad ની તા.૦૫/૦૮/૨૦૨૫ના પત્રથી સ્ત્ત્રી શ્રમયોગીઓને બીજી પાળીમાાં બપોરના ૦૩.૦૦ થી રાત્રીના ૧૧.૦૦ અને ત્રીજી પાળીમાાં રાત્રીના ૧૧.૦૦ થી સવારના ૦૭.૦૦ કલાક સુધી કામ ે રાખવા માટેની રજઆૂ તના સાંદર્ભમા ાં ચનયામકશ્રી, ઔદ્યોચગક સલામતી અને સ્ત્વાસ્ત્્ય, અમદાવાદના તા.૨૪/૦૯/૨૦૨૫ના પત્રની ર્લામણ અન્વય ે જાહેરનામુાં પ્રચસદ્ધ થયા તારીખથી એક વર્ભ માટે નીિેની શરતોન ે આધીન રહીન ે બીજી પાળીમાાં બપોરના ૦૩.૦૦ થી રાત્રીના ૧૧.૦૦ અને ત્રીજી પાળીમાાં રાત્રીના ૧૧.૦૦ થી સવારના ૦૭.૦૦ કલાક સુધી સ્ત્ત્રી શ્રમયોગીઓને કામ ે રાખવાની આથી માંજૂરી આપવામાાં આવે છ.ે 1. સ્ત્ત્રી શ્રમયોગીઓને તેમના રહેઠાણથી કારખાનામાાં અને કારખાનામાાંથી રહેઠાણ સુધી લાવવા લઇ જવાની મફત વ્યવસ્ત્થા શીફ્ટવાર કરવાની રહેશે. 2. ઉપર મુજબની વ્યવસ્ત્થા પૂરી પાડવામાાં આવે તે સ્ત્ત્રી શ્રમયોગીઓને લાવવા લઇ જવા માટેના વાહનમાાં પરૂ તી સલામતીની વ્યવસ્ત્થા કરવાની રહેશે. 3. સ્ત્ત્રી શ્રમયોગીનુાં રહેઠાણનુાં સરનામુાં બદલાઇ જાય (સામાન્ય રીત ે લગ્ન થતા સરનામુાં બદલાય છે) તો પીક- અપ સ્ત્થાન ફરીથી નકકી કરવુાં અથવા સદરહં સ્ત્ત્રી શ્રમયોગીન ે પ્રથમ પાળી કે જનરલ પાળીમાાં જ કામે રાખવામાાં આવે તે રીત ે વ્યવસ્ત્થા કરવાની રહેશે. 4. સ્ત્ત્રી શ્રમયોગીના ૦૬ વર્ભથી નાના બાળકો માટે લાગુ પડત ુાં હોય તેવા કકસ્ત્સામાાં કારખાના અચધચનયમ, ૧૯૪૮ની કલમ-૪૮માાં ઉલ્લેચખત જરૂરી સુચવધાઓ સ્ત્થાપવાની-સાંિાલન કરવાની રહેશે. તે અચધચનયમની જોગવાઇઓ મુજબ રાખવાના થતા ઘોકડયા ઘર માટે ગુજરાત કારખાના ચનયમ-૧૯૬૩ના ચનયમ-૮૩ અને ચનયમ ૮૩-એ ની જોગવાઇઓ મુજબની યોગ્ય લાયકાતવાળી સ્ત્ત્રીની ચનમણૂક કરવી. 5. કારખાના ધારો, ૧૯૪૮ની કલમ-૬૬(૧)માાંથી જે શરતોએ મુચિ આપવામાાં આવે તે શરતો ગુજરાતી ર્ાર્ામાાં કારખાનામાાં શ્રમયોગીઓ વાાંિી શકે તે રીત ે મુચિના સમયગાળા દરચમયાન કારખાનામાાં પ્રદચશભત કરવાની રહેશે. 6. જે સ્ત્ત્રી શ્રમયોગીઓને બીજી પાળીમાાં બપોરના ૦૩.૦૦ થી રાત્રીના ૧૧.૦૦ અને ત્રીજી પાળીમાાં રાત્રીના ૧૧.૦૦ થી સવારના ૦૭.૦૦ કલાક સુધી કામ ે રાખવામાાં આવે તે સ્ત્ત્રી શ્રમયોગીઓની કામ કરવાની લેચખતમાાં સાંમચત મેળવવાની રહેશે. 7. ગર્ભ ધારણ અથવા બાળ જન્મને સાંબાંચધત ન હોય તેવા ન્યાચયક કારણો ચસવાય સ્ત્ત્રી શ્રમયોગીઓને ડીસમીસ કરી શકાશે નહીં કે નોટીસ આપી શકાશે નહીં. તે અાંગેની જાણકારી સ્ત્ત્રી શ્રમયોગીઓને કરવાની રહેશે. 8. બીજી અને ત્રીજી પાળી દરચમયાન કામ ે રાખવામાાં આવેલ સ્ત્ત્રી શ્રમયોગીઓ માટે સ્ત્ત્રી સુપરવાઇઝરની વ્યવસ્ત્થા કરવાની રહેશ.ે 9. ફેકટરી એકટની કલમ-૬૬(૧)(એ) મુજબ, સદરહ એકટની કલમ-પ૪ અન્વયે ચનયત થયેલ કલાકથી વધુ સમય માટ ે (એક પાળીમાાં) સ્ત્ત્રી શ્રમયોગીઓ પાસથે ી કામ લઇ શકાશે નચહ.PART IV-A ] GUJARAT GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, 27-11-2025 550 10. સ્ત્ત્રી શ્રમયોગીઓની જાચતય સતામણી ન થાય તે માટ ે નામ. સુચપ્રમ કોટટના રીટ પીટીશન નાં.૬૬૬ થી ૬૭૦/૧૯૯૨ ના તા.૧૩-૬-૯૭ ના િકૂ ાદાની સિૂ નાઓનો અમલ કરવાનો રહેશ ે તથા The Sexual Harassment of Women at Work place (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal Act – 2013ની જોગવાઇ મુજબ Internal Complaints Committee બનાવવાની રહેશે. 11. વટહકમથી કારખાના ધારા, ૧૯૪૮ મા ાં થયેલ સુધારા મુજબ કલમ-૬૬(૧)(એ) ને ધ્યાને લઇને મચહલા શ્રમયોગીઓને રાત્રી પાળીમા ાં રાખવામાાં આવે ત ે માટે કંપનીએ સેફ્ટી અને સીકયુરીટીની િૂસ્ત્તપણે કાળજી લેવાની રહેશે. 12. સદર પરવાનગી નવા વર્ભ માટે લેવા ઇચ્છતા કારખાનાએ તેઓને મળલે પરવાનગી પૂરા થવાના ૦૩ માસ અગાઉ તમામ દસ્ત્તાવેજી પૂરાવા સાથે નવસે રથી અરજી કરવાની રહેશ.ે 13. સ્ત્ત્રી શ્રમયોગીઓના કૌશલ્યમા ાં વધારો થાય તે માટે સમયાાંતર ે યોગ્ય તાલીમી સાંસ્ત્થાઓ પાસેથી તાલીમ અપાવવાની રહેશે. 14. આ શરતોનો ર્ાંગ/ઉલ્લાંઘન થયેલ જણાશે તો કારખાના ધારાની કલમ-૬૬(૧) માાંથી આપવામાાં આવેલ મુચિ રદ થયેલ ગણાશે અન ે માંજૂર કરેલ નાઇટ શીફ્ટસ બાંધ કરવાની રહેશ ે અન્યથા સાંસ્ત્થા સામે કાયદસે રની કાયભવાહી કરવામાાં આવશે. 15. આ હકમથી આપવામાાં આવેલ માંજૂરીમાાં જણાવેલ શરતોના પાલનનો અહેવાલ દર માસે ચનયામક, ઔદ્યોચગક સલામચત અને સ્ત્વાસ્ત્્ય તાંત્ર હેઠળની સ્ત્થાચનક કિેરીને તેમજ તેની વડી કિેરીને કરવાનો રહેશે. 16. ઉિ શરતો તેમજ કારખાના ધારા, ૧૯૪૮ ની સુધારેલ કલમ-૬૬(૧)(એ) મા ાં જણાવ્યા મુજબની અન્ય શરતોનુાં પાલન કરવાનુાં રહેશે. ગુજરાતના રાજ્યપાલશ્રીના હકમથી અને તેમના નામે, ઋવિર અમીન, સેક્શન અચધકારી. ---------- ROADS AND BUILDINGS DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar, 7th May, 2025 CONSTITUTION OF INDIA. No. GJ/07/2025/RBD/WRT/e-file/16/2025/1229/Section G:- In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Gujarat hereby makes the following rules to provide for regulating recruitment to the post of Assistant Manager, Class III, in the subordinate service under the Roads and Buildings Department, Gujarat state, namely :- 1. (1) These rules may be called the Assistant Manager, Class III, Recruitment Rules, 2025. (2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Appointment to the post of Assistant Manager, Class III, in the subordinate services under the Roads and Buildings Department, Gujarat State, shall be made by direct selection. 3. To be eligible for appointment by direct selection to the post mentioned in rule 2, the candidate shall, - (a) not be more than 37 years of age : Provided that the upper age limit may be relaxed in favour of the candidate who is already in the service of the Government of Gujarat in accordance with the provisions of the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967; (b) possess a Diploma in Hotel Management / a Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology / a Degree in Hotel Management / a Degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology / a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality and Hotel Administration / a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hotel Management and Tourism) / a Bachelor of Arts (International Hospitality Administration) / a Bachelor of Science (Catering Science and Hotel Management) / a Master of Business Administration (Tourism and Hotel Management) / a Post Graduate (Diploma in Tourism and Hotel Management) obtained from any of the Universities or institutions established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognised as such or declared as deemed to be a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; or possess an equivalent qualification recognised by the Government;551 GUJARAT GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, 27-11-2025 [ PART IV-A (c) possess the basic knowledge of computer application as prescribed in the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967 ; and (d) possess adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both. 4. The provisions of rule 9A of the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967 shall be applicable in respect of the candidate appointed by direct selection. 5.
