PART IV-B Rules and Orders (Other than those published in Parts I, I-A, and I-L) made by the Government of Gujarat under the Gujarat Acts EDUCATION DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar, 2nd April, 2026 GUJARAT PRIVATE UNIVERSITIES ACT, 2009. No.GH/SH/14/ED/AWR/e-file/3/2025/2689/KH-1: WHEREAS the name of the JG University has been included in the entry at Sr. No. 31 of the Schedule appended to the Gujarat Private Universities Act, 2009; AND WHEREAS the aforesaid University has proposed to make a change in the entry at Sr. No.31 so as to change the address of the University; AND WHEREAS the Government of Gujarat has considered it necessary to change the address of the said University; NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 10 of the Gujarat Private Universities Act, 2009 (Guj. 8 of 2009), the Government of Gujarat hereby makes the following changes in the Schedule appended to the said Act, 2009, namely, - In the Schedule, for the entry at Sr. No. 31, the following entry shall be substituted, namely, - IV-B Ex.-91 91-191-2 GUJARAT GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, EX., 20-04-2026 [ PART IV-B SCHEDULE Sr. Name and Address of Details of Registration and Sponsoring Body No. the Private University Registration Number (1) (2) (3) (4) “31 JG University, Registered under the Gujarat Public ASIA Charitable Trust, Block No. 35, 36 & 40, Near Khatraj Trusts Act, 1950.
