No.GH/SH/37/ED/MSM/E-FILE/3/2022/5153/CHH:- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of
section 1 of the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (Amendment) Act, 2026 (Guj. 12 of 2026), the Government of Gujarat hereby appoints 1st October, 2026 as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
