PART IV-B Rules and Orders (Other than those published in Parts I, I-A, and I-L) made by the Government of Gujarat under the Gujarat Acts SOCIAL JUSTICE AND EMPOWERMENT DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar, 1st April, 2026 No. GHL/06/SJED/2026/1/2088/CHH:- The Draft of Gujarat State Child Protection Policy was published in the Gujarat Government Gazette, Extraordinary, Part IV-B, dated the 1st April, 2025, under the Government Notification, Social Justice and Empowerment Department, No. GHL/05/SJED/2025/1/2088/CHH, inviting any objection and suggestion from all persons likely to be affected thereby within a period of 90 days from the date of publication of the said notification in the Official Gazette. In consideration of objections or suggestions received from various stakeholders to extend the period further 90 days to invite objections & suggestions for said Draft Policy. Social Justice and Empowerment Department further extended period for 90 days to invite objections & suggestions for said Draft Policy from the date of publication of the said notification in the Official Gazette vide Notification No. GHL/20/SJED/2025/1/2088/CHH, dated the 29th July 2025. IV-B Ex.-94 94-194-2 GUJARAT GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, EX., 29-04-2026 [ PART IV-B But The said Draft of Gujarat State Child Protection Policy is also applicable to the private and industrial sectors, so their inputs and suggestions are also required in the said Draft of Gujarat State Child Protection Policy. NOW, THEREFORE, hereby to invite any objection and suggestion from private and industrial sectors, the period is further extended for 90 days from the date of publication of the said notification in the Official Gazette.
