PART IV-B Rules and Orders (Other than those published in Part I, I-A and I-L) made by the Government of Gujarat under the Gujarat Acts. કૃષિ, ખેડૂત કલ્યાણ અને સહકાર ષિભાગ જાહેરનામ ું સચિવાલય, ગાાંધીનગર, ૨૮મી જુલાઈ, ૨૦૨૬ ક્રમાુંકઃ જીએચકેએચ-૬૨-૨૦૨૬-નસબ-૧૧-૨૦૧૧-૯૦૩—ચ(પાર્ટ-૧) e-file: ACD/APM/e-file/2/2023/3714/CH: ગુજરાત સહકારી માંડળી અચધચનયમ, ૧૯૬૧ની કલમ-૧૦૭ હેઠળ મળેલ સત્તા અન્વયે રચજસ્ટ્રારશ્રી સહકારી માંડળીઓ, ગુજરાત રાજ્ય, ગાાંધીનગરના તા.૨૩/૦૬/૨૦૦૪ના હુકમ ક્રમાાંક: નસબ/ફડિ/ઝ-૭/૧૯૭૨/૨૦૦૪થી ધી ડાયમાંડ જ્યુબીલી કો. ઓ. બેંક લી., સુરતને ફડિામાાં લઈ જવામાાં આવેલ. ગુજરાત સહકારી માંડળી અચધચનયમ ૧૯૬૧ની કલમ-૧૧૪(૧)ની જોગવાઈ મુજબ ફડિાના હુકમથી ત્રણ વર્ષમાાં ફડિાની કાયષવાહી આટોપી લેવાની રહે છે. ગુજરાત સહકારી માંડળી અચધચનયમ, ૧૯૬૧ની કલમ-૧૧૪(૧) હેઠળ મળેલ સત્તા અન્વય ેસદરહુ સાંસ્ટ્થાની ફડિાની મદુ ત રચજસ્ટ્રારશ્રી, સહકારી માંડળીઓ, ગુજરાત રાજ્ય, ગાાંધીનગરના વખતોવખતના હુકમોથી તા.૨૨/૦૬/૨૦૧૧ સુધી વધારવામાાં આવેલ હતી. પરંત ુ સદરહુ મુદત વધારા દરમ્યાન ફડિાની કાયષવાહી આટોપી શકાયલે નથી. ત્યારબાદ ગુજરાત સહકારી માંડળી અચધચનયમ, ૧૯૬૧ની કલમ-૧૬૧ હેઠળ રાજ્ય સરકારન ે મળેલ સત્તા અન્વય ે કૃચર્, ખેડૂત કલ્યાણ અને સહકાર ચવભાગના વખતોવખતના જાહેરનામાથી તા.૨૨/૦૬/૨૦૨૪ સુધી કલમ ૧૬૧ હેઠળ 126127 GUJARAT GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, 20-08-2026 [ PART IV-B મુચિ આપવામાાં આવેલ હતી. છેલ્લે ચવભાગના તા.૧૦/૦૯/૨૦૨૪ના જાહેરનામાથી તા.૨૨/૦૬/૨૦૨૬ સુધી ગુજરાત સહકારી માંડળી અચધચનયમ-૧૯૬૧ની કલમ-૧૧૪(૧)હેઠળ મુદત વધારો આપેલ છ.ે પરંત ુસદરહુ સમયગાળા દરમ્યાન ફડિાની કાયષવાહી આટોપી શકાયેલ નથી. ધી ડાયમાંડ જ્યુબીલી કો. ઓ. બેંક લી, સુરતને ફડિાની કામગીરી આટોપી લેવા માટે ગુજરાત સહકારી માંડળી અચધચનયમ, ૧૯૬૧ની કલમ-૧૧૪(૧)ની જોગવાઇ હેઠળ તા.૨૩/૦૬/૨૦૨૬ થી તા.૨૨/૦૬/૨૦૨૮ સુધી મુદત લાંબાવવામાાં આવે છે. ગુજરાતના રાજ્યપાલશ્રીના હુકમથી અને તેમના નામે, કુલદીપષસુંહ મકિાણા, સરકારના ઉપસચિવ(ચધરાણ). ---------- HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar, 7th August, 2026 GUJARAT AYURVED UNIVERSITY ACT, 2021. No.GHY/12/HFWD/MSM/e-file/7/2023/1536/CHH-1-PF1:- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 of the Gujarat Ayurved University Act, 2021 (Guj.8 of 2021), the Government of Gujarat is pleased to appoint Dr. Mansi Makarand Deshpande as the Vice-Chancellor of the Gujarat Ayurved University, Jamnagar for the period of three years with immediate effect, relieving Shri Naresh Jain, principal of Sheth J. P. Government Ayurved College, Bhavnagar from additional charge of Vice-Chancellor. The terms and conditions will be decided separately.
