BY THE HIGH COURT OF GUJARAT AT AHMEDABAD NOTIFICATION No.C.1325/2011 In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 229 (2) of the Constitution of India, the Honourable the Chief Justice has been pleased to make the following amendments in the High Court of Gujarat (Recruitment and Conditions of Service of Officers and Staff) Rules, 2011:- 1. Short title and commencement: (i) These Rules may be called "The High Court of Gujarat (Recruitment and Conditions of Service of Officers and Staff) Amendment Rules, 2026”. [Amendment 2 of 2026] (ii) They shall come into force with immediate effect. 2. Following Para shall be inserted after the words “shall be made as provided in (ii) above.” appearing in Rule- 6[A](iii): “(iv) The Select List may be prepared strictly on the basis of Aggregate Marks obtained in the Written Test and/or the Stenography/Skill Test and /or the Viva voce Test (Oral Interview), whichever is applicable.
