2. दिनांक 29 जसतंबर 2024 की स्ट्कीम अजधसूचना का.आ. 4259(अ) की क्रम सख्ं या 5 जनम्नानुसार संिोजधत होगी:

3. दिनांक 29 जसतंबर 2024 की स्ट्कीम अजधसूचना का.आ.4259(अ) की क्रम सख्ं या 46 जनम्नानुसार संिोजधत होगी:
यह एक जनजध सीजमत स्ट्कीम ह।ै स्ट्कीम के अतं गता कुल भुगतान ₹10,900 करोड़ के स्ट्कीम पररव्यय तक सीजमत होगा। यदि
स्ट्कीम या इसके संबंजधत उप-घिकों के जलए धनराजि स्ट्कीम की अंजतम जतजि अिाात 31 माच ा2028 से पहल ेसमाप्त हो िाती
ह,ै तो स्ट्कीम या इसके संबंजधत उप-घिक तिनुसार बंि कर दिए िाएंग,े अिाात आग े कोई िावा स्ट्वीकार नहीं दकया िाएगा।
हालााँदक, पंिीकृत ई-िपु जहया, पंिीकृत ई-रररिा और ई-कािा और पंिीकृत ई-जतपजहया (एल5) के जलए अंजतम जतजि

S.O. 3626(E).— PM Electric Drive Revolution in Innovative Vehicle Enhancement (PM E-DRIVE) Scheme
1. In partial modification of the PM Electric Drive Revolution in Innovative Vehicle Enhancement (PM E-DRIVE)
Scheme which was notified by the Ministry of Heavy Industries vide S.O. 4259(E) dated 29th September, 2024, the
following amendments are made with effect from publication in the official gazette:
2. Para 5 of the Scheme notification of S.O. 4259(E) dated 29th September, 2024 shall stand amended as under:
The PM E-DRIVE Scheme, with an outlay of ₹10,900 crore, shall be implemented from 1st October 2024 to
31st March 2028, for faster adoption of electric vehicles (EVs), setting up of charging infrastructure and
development of EV manufacturing eco-system in the country. Further, EMPS-2024 being implemented for the
period from 1st April 2024 to 30th September 2024 is subsumed under this Scheme.
3. Para 46 of the Scheme notification of S.O. 4259(E) dated 29th September 2024 shall stand amended as under:
This is a fund limited Scheme. Total payout under the Scheme shall be limited to the scheme outlay of ₹10,900
crore. In case the funds for the Scheme or its relevant sub-components are exhausted prior to the terminal date
of the Scheme i.e. 31st March 2028, then the Scheme or its relevant subcomponents will be closed accordingly
i.e. no further claims will be entertained. However, the terminal date for registered e-2W, registered
e-rickshaws & e-cart and registered e-3W (L5) shall be 31st March 2026.
