Ms. No. 107, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (M), 10th November 2016, äŠðC 25, ¶¡ºA, F¼õœÀõ˜ ݇´-2047.] No. SRO B-77/2016.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 318 and the proviso to clause (3) of Article 320 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendments to the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission Regulations, 1954 (Volume-I of the Tamil Nadu Services Manual, 1987). 2. (i) The amendment (1) hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force on the 10th August 2015; (ii) The amendment (2) hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force on the 12th August 2015. AMENDMENTS In the said Regulations, in Annexure I-A,- (1)under the heading "A. STATE SERVICES", the entry "35. Tourist Officers, Tourism Department" shall be omitted; (2)under the heading "B. SUBORDINATE SERVICES", in item 3, in sub-item (xii) after Serial Number 64 and the entries therein, the following Serial Number and the entry shall be added, namely:- "65. Assistant Tourist Officer - Grade-II in the Tourism Department". [G.O. Ms. No. 108, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (M), 10th November 2016, äŠðC 25, ¶¡ºA, F¼õœÀõ˜ ݇´-2047.] No. SRO B-78/2016.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 318 and the proviso to clause (3) of Article 320 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission Regulations, 1954 (Volume-I of the Tamil Nadu Services Manual, 1987). 2. The amendment hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force on the 7th October 2015. AMENDMENT In the said Regulations, in Annexure I-A, under the heading "B. SUBORDINATE SERVICES", in item 3, in sub-item (xxxv) for the expression "Technical Assistant (Gas Plant) and Librarian in Tamil Nadu Forensic Science Subordinate Service", the following expression shall be substituted, namely:- "Technical Assistant (Gas Plant), Librarian and Laboratory Assistant in the Tamil Nadu Forensic Science Subordinate Service". Ms. No. 109, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (M), 10th November 2016, äŠðC 25, ¶¡ºA, F¼õœÀõ˜Ý‡´-2047.] No. SRO B-79/2016.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 318 and the proviso to clause (3) of Article 320 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission Regulations, 1954 (Volume-I of the Tamil Nadu Services Manual, 1987). 2. The amendment hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force on the 11th February 2014. AMENDMENT In the said Regulations, in Annexure I-A, under the heading "B. SUBORDINATE SERVICES", in item 3, in sub-item (i), after the expression "Tamil Nadu Agricultural Subordinate Service" occurring at the end, the expression "and Assistant Agricultural Officer in the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Extension Subordinate Service" shall be added.Dec. 7, 2016] TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE 119 [G.O. Ms. No. 110, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (M), 10th November 2016, äŠðC 25, ¶¡ºA, F¼õœÀõ˜ ݇´-2047.] No. SRO B-80/2016.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 318 and the proviso to clause (3) of Article 320 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission Regulations, 1954 (Volume-I of the Tamil Nadu Services Manual, 1987). 2. The amendment hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force on the 15th April 2010. AMENDMENT In the said Regulations, in Annexure I-A, under the heading "B. SUBORDINATE SERVICES" under item 3, in sub- item (viii), for the expression "and Junior Engineer (Electrical), Junior Engineer (Mechanical), Supervisors (Electrical), (Mechanical), Grade II in the Electrical Branch of the Public Works Departments" at the end, the expression "Junior Engineer (Electrical), Junior Engineer (Mechanical) Supervisors (Electrical), (Mechanical), Grade II in the Electrical Branch of the Public Works Department and Science Assistant in Seismological Observatory Lab in the Tamil Nadu Engineering Subordinate Service" shall be substituted. Amendments to the Tamil Nadu Government Servants Conduct Rules [G.O. Ms. No. 114, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (A), 15th November 2016, äŠðC 30, ¶¡ºA, F¼õœÀõ˜ ݇´-2047.] No. SRO B-81/2016.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendments to the Tamil Nadu Government Servants Conduct Rules, 1973. AMENDMENTS In the said Rules,- (1) for Rule 24-A, excluding the provisos thereunder, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:- “24-A. Obtaining of Identity Certificate before applying for Passport and No Objection Certificate for undertaking foreign trip.- No Government servant shall, except after giving prior intimation or after obtaining Identity Certificate and No Objection Certificate from the Government, apply for grant or renewal of passport and shall, except after obtaining No Objection Certificate from the Government, undertake trip to foreign country. Application for such Identity Certificate or No Objection Certificate shall be submitted in Form I in Schedule III appended to these Rules. Prior Intimation Letter shall be submitted in Form II in Schedule III appended to these Rules and the Identity Certificate and No Objection Certificate to apply for grant or renewal of Passport and No Objection Certificate to undertake foreign trip shall be issued in Forms III and IV respectively, in the said Schedule. While applying for such No Objection Certificate, information regarding the purpose of the visit, the duration of stay, and the names of countries proposed to be visited shall be furnished. The spouse of the Government Servant and dependent children upto the age of 18 years shall have an option to obtain Identity Certificate for expeditious issue of Passport. In such case, the Government Servant shall submit the required particulars in Form-V in Schedule-III appended to these Rules”. (2) in Schedule-III,- (a) in Form-I,- (i) after the entry in serial No. 17, the following entry shall be inserted, namely:- “18. Whether executed an affidavit in proper format on appropriate non-judicial stamp paper of minimum value and attested by a Notary Public in case of spouse and dependent children up to the age of 18 years of the Government Servant requiring Identity Certificate”; (ii) serial number 18 shall be renumbered as serial number 19; (b) after Form-I as so amended, the following Form shall be inserted, namely:- DTP—III-1(b)-(48)—2120 TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE [Part III—Sec. 1(b) “FORM-II Place............ That I have not, at any time during the period of five years immediately preceding the date of this affidavit, been convicted by any court in India for any offence involving moral turpitude, nor sentenced in respect thereof to imprisonment for not less than two years. 5. That no proceedings in respect of any criminal offence alleged to have been committed by me are pending before any Criminal Court in India. 6. Amendments to the Special Rules for the Tamil Nadu General Service. [G.O. Ms. No. 115, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (N), 18th November 2016, 裘ˆF¬è 03, ¶¡ºA, F¼õœÀõ˜ ݇´-2047.] No. SRO B-82/2016.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendments to the Special Rules for the Tamil Nadu General Service (Section 16 in Volume II of the Tamil Nadu Services Manual). (2) The amendments hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force on the 24th February 2016. AMENDMENTS In the said Special Rules,- (1) in Part-l, in Class LXXXII, for the entry “Personal Assistant (Administration) in the Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption”, the entry “Administrative Officer in the Directorate of Vigilance and Anti- Corruption” shall be substituted; (2) In Part-II, (i) for the heading “CLASS LXXXII” “PERSONAL ASSISTANT (ADMINISTRATION)” IN THE DIRECTORATE OF VIGILANCE AND ANTI- CORRUPTION”, the heading “CLASS LXXXII” "ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER" IN THE DIRECTORATE OF VIGILANCE AND ANTI-CORRUPTION” shall be substituted; (ii) under the heading as so substituted, in the rules, in rule 1, for the expression “Personal Assistant (Administration)”, the expression “Administrative Officer” shall be substituted, S.
