Ms. No. 5, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (FR-II) 12th January 2017, ñ£˜èN 28, ¶¡ºA, F¼õœÀõ˜ ݇´-2047.] No. SRO B-9/2017.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 read with Article 313 of the Constitution of India and of all other powers hereunto enabling, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendments to the Fundamental Rules:- 2. The amendments hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st January, 2006. AMENDMENTS In the said Fundamental Rules,- (1) in rule 9,- (i) in Clause (8-B), for the expression “Grade Pay” the expression “Cadre Pay” shall be substituted; (ii) after clause (8-B) as so amended, the following clause shall be inserted, namely:- “(8-C) Grade Pay means the fixed amount payable in addition to the pay in the pay band”; (iii) in Clause (25), under the heading “Rulings”, in ruling (5) in the paragraph commencing with the expression “For certain regular posts” and ending with the expression “special pay arise”, for the expression ‘grade pay’ the expression `cadre pay’ shall be substituted; (2) in rule 114, under the heading “Delegations under Rule 114”, in sub-rule 1, in clause (a), in “THE TABLE” for the expressions “Grade Pay” “grade pay” and “Grade Pay” wherever they occur, the expression “cadre pay” shall be substituted. Amendment to the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission Regulations [G.O. Ms. No. 6, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (M), 13th January 2017, ñ£˜èN 29, ¶¡ºA, F¼õœÀõ˜ ݇´-2047.] No. SRO B-10/2017.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 318 and the proviso to clause (3) of Article 320 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission Regulations, 1954 (Volume-I of the Tamil Nadu Services Manual, 1987). 2.
