नाम जत जथ कुल 0.00% 0 प्रमाजणत िेयरधाटरता पद्धजत िस्ट्तावेज़ अपलोड खंड में अपलोड की िाएगी।[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 5 2.8 जनिेिक मंडल नाम पिनाम डीआईए ई-मेल मोबाइल पता िन्म- न नंबर जतजथ जनिेिकों की प्रोफाइल िस्ट्तावेज़ अपलोड खंड में अपलोड दकए िाएंगे। 2.9 मुख्यप्रबंधकीयकमी(केएमपी)[मुख्यकायिकारीअजधकारी,संयंत्रप्रमुख,सीएफओ,सीएसअथवाअन्य] मोबाइल नाम पिनाम ई-मेल पता नंबर 2.10 आवेिन-पत्र के खंड-2 के जलए अभ्युजक्तयां/टटप्पजणया,ंयदि हों अभ्युजक्तया/ंटटप्पजणया ं6 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] (सभीखानेअजनवायिह)ैं 3.1अनुििे i. समूहकंपनी (कंपजनयों का अथ ििो या इससे अजधक उद्यमों से ह ैिो प्रत्यक्ष अथवा परोक्षरूप से इसजस्ट्थजत में हों दक अन्य उद्यमों म ेंछब्बीस प्रजतित अथवा अजधकमताजधकार रखते हों अथवा िो अन्य उद्यम में जनििे क मंडल के पचास प्रजतित से अजधक सिस्ट्यों को जनयुक्त कर सकें (प्रत्यक्ष जवििे ी जनवेि नीजत पटरपत्र, 2020 में यथा पटरभाजषत) ii. आवेिक—वतिमान ऑटोमोटटव जवजनमािण कंपनी से अपेजक्षत ह ै दक वहस्ट्थायी पटरसंजत्त (सकल ब्लॉक) में ऑटोमोटटव और / अथवा ऑटो संघटक जवजनमाणि और वैजिक जनवि से प्राप्त वैजिक समूह रािस्ट्व का ब्यौरा िे। आवेिक—नईगैर-ऑटोमोटटव जनवेिक कंपनी से अपेजक्षत ह ै दक वह 31 माचि, 2021 को समाप्त वष ि के जलए स्ट्कीम दििाजनििे ों के खंड 4.1 के अनुरुप वैजिक जनवल मूल्य का ब्यौरा िे। iii. यदि लेखा परीजक्षत जवत्तीय जववरण/वार्षिक टरपोटि कैलेंडर वषि आधार पर तैयार दकया िा रहा हो अथवा उसमें ऑटोमोटटव और/ अथवा ऑटो संघटक जवजनमािण स े प्राप्त रािस्ट्व पटरलजक्षत न होता हो, तो आवेिक 31 माचि, 2021 को समाप्त वषि के जलए स्ट्व-प्रमाणन आधार पर ऑटोमोटटव और/अथवा ऑटो संघटक जवजनमािण, स्ट्थायी पटरसंपजत्त में वैजिक जनवेि(सकलब्लॉक) तथा वैजिक जनवल मूल्य (िैसा भीमामला हो) से प्राप्त वैजिक समूह रािस्ट्व का जववरण ि।े लेखा परीजक्षत जवत्तीय जववरण/वार्षिक टरपोटें कैलेंडर वषि अथवा जवत्तवषि (िैसा भी मामला हो) के जलए प्रस्ट्तुत की िा सकती ह।ैं iv. यदि वार्षिक टरपोटें भारतीय रूप एसे इतर दकसी मुद्रा में उपलब्ध हो, तो भारतीय रूपए की समतुल्य राजि िने ी होगी जिसकी गणना जवचाराधीन अवजध के पहले और अंजतम दिन के अनुसार भारतीय टरज़व िबैंक द्वारा अजधसूजचत औसत जवजनमय िर के आधार पर की िाएगी। v. आवेिक द्वारा िारी प्रमाणपत्र में समूह कंपजनयों के नाम, आवेिक के साथ उनके संबंध, पंिीकरण स्ट्थान और कंपनी के रािस्ट्व/जनवेि/जनवल मूल्य का ब्यौरा भी आवेिक को िने ा होगा। vi. आवेिक से अपेजक्षत ह ै दक वह ऐसी समूह कंपनी का प्रमाणपत्र प्रस्ट्ततु करे जिनके रािस्ट्व/जनवेि/जनवल मूल्य पर जवचार दकया िा रहा ह ै जिसमें कंपनी के नाम, आवेिक के साथ संबंध, पंिीकरण संख्या, पंिीकरण का स्ट्थान, ऑटोमोटटव और/अथवा संघटक जवजनमािण से प्राप्त रािस्ट्व, स्ट्थायी पटरसंपजत्त में जनवेि (जनवल ब्लॉक) औरजनवल मूल्य (िैसा भी मामला हो) का उल्लेख हो। vii. ऐसी सभी समूह कंपजनयों के प्रमाणपत्र में पटरलजक्षत कुल रािस्ट्व/जनवेि/जनवल मूल्य वही होना चाजहए िो आवेिक के अहति ा मान िडं ों में उजल्लजखत हो।[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 7 3.2आधाटरकपात्रतामानिंड(स्ट्व-प्रमाजणत) ऐसी समहू कंपनी/कंपजनयों के जलए जिनकी ऑटोमोटटव वाहन और सघं टक जवजनमाणि व्यवसाय म ेंभारत म ेंअथवा वजै िकस्ट्तर पर मौििू गी हःै जववरण अनप्रु योज्य अवजध राजि(करोड़रूपएम)ें न्यनू तम अवसीमा ऑटोमोटटव और/अथवा ऑटो संघटक जवजनमािण से प्राप्त वैजिक समूह रािस्ट्व (समहू कंपजनयों जवत्तवष2ि 020-21 ऑटो ओईएम -
