**Executive Summary:**
This document forwards a revised phased manufacturing program (PMP) to promote domestic manufacturing of EV chargers, their assemblies, sub-assemblies, and parts. It supersedes the earlier communication from November 2, 2021, and outlines implementation dates for indigenization of various charger components. Compliance with the PMP and a minimum of 50% domestic value addition (DVA) is required by December 1, 2024, for eligibility under the FAME India Scheme Phase II.
