S.O. 4640(E).—The following order made by the President is to be published for general information:—
ORDER
In pursuance of powers under clause (1) of article 280 of the Constitution, read with the provisions contained
in the Finance Commission (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1951 (33 of 1951), the President is pleased to make the
following amendments in the Order number S.O. 5533 (E), dated the 31st December, 2023, published in the Gazette of
India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 31st December, 2023, namely:-
In the said order:-
(a) in paragraph 3, for the figures, letters and words “31st day of October, 2025”, the figures,
letters and words, “the 30th day of November, 2025” shall be substituted;
(b) in paragraph 5, for the figures, letters and words “31st day of October, 2025”, the figures,
letters and words “the 30th day of November, 2025” shall be substituted.
