ह,ै प्रोन्नजत के जलए जवचार दकया िा रहा हो, वहां 2. उप सजचव, उनसे ज्येष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंध में भी जवचार दकया िाएगा परंत ु यह तब िबदक उनके द्वारा की गयी राष्‍टर ीय अल्प संख् यक ऐसी अहकय या पात्रता सेवा, अपेजित अहकय या आयोग - सिस्ट् य; पात्रता सेवा के आधे से अजधक से या िो वषय से, 3. अवर सजचव, राष्‍टर ीय अल्प संख् यक इनमें से िो भी कम हो, कम न हो और उन्द् होंने आयोग - सिस्ट् य; अपने ऐसे कजनष्‍टठ व् यजियों सजहत, जिन्द् होंने ऐसी 4. अवर सजचव, अहकय या पात्रता सेवा पहले ही पूरी कर ली है, अल् पसंख् यक कायय मंत्रालय अगली उच् चतर श्रणे ी में प्रोन्द्न जत के जलए अपनी - सिस्ट् य। पट्रवीिा की अवजध सफलतापवू यक पूरा कर ली हो। प्रजतजनयजु ि: केंरीय सरकार या राज्य सरकार या संघ राज्य िेत्र प्रिासन या सावयिजनक िेत्र के उपक्म के कमयचाट्रयों से प्रजतजनयुजि या आमेलन: (क) िो मूल संवगय या जवभाग में जनयजमत आधार पर सििृ पि धाट्रत करते हों; अर्वा (ख) जिन्द् होंन ेमलू संवगय या जवभाग म ेंवेतन मैट्रक् स के स्ट् तर–5 (₹29200–92300) में या समतुल्य पि पर जनयुजि के पश् चात छह वष य की जनयजमत सेवा की हो; अर्वा (ग) जिन्द्होंने मूल संवगय या जवभाग में वेतन मैट्रक् स के स्ट् तर–4 (₹25500–81100) में या समतुल्य पि पर जनयुजि के पश् चात िस वष य की जनयजमत सेवा की हो।4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] ट्टप्प ण 1: पोषक वगय के ऐसे जवभागीय अजधकारी, िो प्रोन्नजत की सीधी पंजि म ें ह,ैं प्रजतजनयुजि पर जनयुजि के जलए जवचार दकए िाने हते ु पात्र नहीं होंगे। इसी प्रकार प्रजतजनयुक् त व्य जि प्रोन्नजत द्वारा जनयुजि के जलए जवचार दकए िाने हते ु पात्र नहीं होंगे। ट्टप्पण 2: प्रजतजनयुजि (जिसके अंतगतय अल्पकाजलक संजविा भी ह)ै की अवजध, जिसके अंतगतय केंरीय सरकार के उसी या दकसी अन्द्य संगठन या जवभाग म ें इस जनयजु ि से ठीक पहले धाट्रत दकसी अन्द्य संवग यबाह्य पि पर प्रजतजनयुजि की अवजध ह,ै साधारणतया तीन वषय से अजधक नहीं होगी। ट्टप्पण 3: प्रजतजनयुजि या आमेलन द्वारा जनयुजि के जलए अजधकतम आयु-सीमा आवेिन प्राप्त करन े की अंजतम तारीख को छप्पन वषय से अजधक नहीं होगी। ट्टप्प ण 4: केवल केंरीय सरकार अर्वा राज्य सरकार के कमयचारीगण ही आमेलन हते ु पात्र होंगे। (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) 2. हहिं ी अनुवािक 01* (2026) साधारण केन्द्रीय वेतन मैट्रक् स में स्ट् तर- लाग ूनहीं होता। सेवा, * काययभार के आधार 6 (₹35400- पर पट्रवतयन दकया िा समूह ‘ख’ 112400)। सकता ह।ै अरािपजत्रत, अननुसजचवीय। (6) (7) (8) (9) अठारह वष य और सत् ताईस दकसी मान्द्यता प्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय से हहिं ी या अग्रेंिी म ें लाग ूनही सीधी भती वषय के मध् य (िोनों अंतर्वयष्‍टट ) स्ट् नातकोत् तर उपाजध, जिसमें स्ट्न ातक स्ट्तर पर अग्रं ेिी या होता दकए िाने वाल े (केंरीय सरकार द्वारा समय- व् यजियों के हहिं ी मुख्य जवषय रहा हो; समय पर िारी दकए गए जलए िो वष,य अनुिेिों या आििे ों के इस ितय के अनुसार सरकारी सेवकों के या अधीन होगी संिभय म ेंचालीस वषय की आय ु दकसी मान्द्यता प्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय से दकसी भी जवषय में दक सुसंगत तक जिजर्ल की िा सकती स्ट् नातकोत् तर उपाजध, जिसमें स्ट्न ातक स्ट्त र पर हहिं ी और िेत्र म ें कम स े ह।ै ) अंग्रेिी मख्ु य जवषय रह ेहो;
