L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-एम.एच.-अ.-01082025-265171 xxxGIDHxxx CG-MHxx-xEG-I0D1E0x8xx2 025-265171 असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (ii) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 3464] नई दिल्ली, िुक्रिार, अगस्ट्त 1, 2025/श्रािण 10, 1947 No. 3464] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, AUGUST 1, 2025/SHRAVANA 10, 1947 खान मत्रं ालय (भारतीय खान ब्यरू ो) अजधसचू ना नई दिल्ली, 25 िुलाई, 2025 का.आ. 3548(अ).— खान और खजनि (जिकास और जिजनयमन) अजधजनयम, 1957 (1957 का 67) की धारा 5 की उप-धारा (2) के खंड (बी) के अनुसरण में और खजनि (परमाणु और हाइड्रो काबबन ऊिाब खजनिों के अलािा अन्य) ररयायत जनयम, 2016 के जनयम 16 के उप-जनयम (2) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार, खान मंत्रालय (भारतीय खान ब्यूरो) की अजधसूचनाओं को, िो भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) में संख्या एस.ओ. 1856(ई), दिनांक 18 मई, 2016 और संख्या एस.ओ. 1871(ई), दिनांक 18 मई, 2016 के माध्यम से प्रकाजित हुई थी, अजधक्रजमत करते हुए, जसिाय ऐसी चीिों के िो ऐसे अजधक्रमण से पहले की गई थी या की िानी बाकी थी, भारतीय खान ब्यूरो एतद्द्वारा अनुमोिन के जलए प्रस्ट्तुत खनन योिना के साथ संित्त अप्रजतिेय िुल्क जनम्नजलजखत ताजलकानुसार जनर्िबष्ट दकया िाता है, अथाबत : — क्रम सख्ं या खननपट्टे का क्षत्रे फल अप्रजतिये िल्ु क 1 10 हेक्टेयर तक पााँचहिार रुपये 2 10 हेक्टेयर से अजधक क्षेत्रफल िाले सभी खनन पट्टे प्रजत िगब दकलोमीटर या उसके भाग के जलए पच् चीस हिार रुपये 5154 GI/2025 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] बिते दक बेररयम, फेल्सपार, अभ्रक और क्वार्टिब के संबंध में 10 हक्े टेयर तक के क्षेत्र के जलए 31 दिसंबर, 2025 को या उससे पहले अनुमोिन के जलए प्रस्ट्तुत खनन योिना के जलए, अप्रजतिेय िुल्क केिल एक हिार रुपये होगा। 2. यह अजधसूचना आजधकाररक रािपत्र में इसके प्रकािन की तारीख से लागू होगी। [फा. सं. एम-11022(एमपी)/2/2022-सीसीओएम-एमडीआर-आईबीएम_मुख्यालय] पीयूष नारायण िमाब, महाजनयंत्रक(प्रभारी) MINISTRY OF MINES (Indian Bureau of Mines) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 25th July, 2025 S.O. 3548(E).—In pursuance of clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 5 of the Mines and Minerals(Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (67 of 1957) and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 16 of the Minerals (Other than Atomic and Hydro Carbons Energy Minerals) Concession Rules, 2016 and in supersession the notifications of the Government of India, Ministry of Mines (Indian Bureau of Mines) published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 1856(E), dated the 18th May, 2016 and vide number S.O. 1871(E), dated the 18th May, 2016, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Indian Bureau of Mines hereby specify the following non-refundable fee to be accompanied with the mining plan submitted for approval, namely:— S. No. Area of mining lease Non-refundable fees 1 Upto 10 hectares Five thousand rupees 2 All mining leases having area more than Twenty-five thousand rupees per square kilometres or 10 hectares part thereof Provided that for mining plan in respect of Barytes, Felspar, Mica and Quartz for an area up to 10 hectares submitted for approval on or before the 31st December, 2025, the non-refundable fee shall be one thousand rupees only. 2. This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. [F.
