िोल्टेि जस्ट्िर्जगयर और जनयंत्रण जगयर: आईएस/आईईसी 60947-4-1:2018 के अनरूु प इलेक्ट्रोमैकेजनकल कॉन्टैक्ट्टर (कॉन्टैक्ट्टसच) और मोटर स्ट्टाटचर (स्ट् टाटचसच) के जलए लाइसेंस प्रदान करन े / लाइसेंस के दायरे म ें पररितनच करने के उद्देश्य स े और बाद म ें समय-समय पर दकए गए संिोधन और भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो द्वारा तदनुसार पररभाजित प्रदिया के अनुसार दकया िाएगा। 2. ब्यूरो स े लाइसेंस प्राप्त करन/ेलाइसेंस के दायरे म ें पररितचन करने के प्रयोिन स,े जिजनमातच ा, जिद्युत उपकरण (गणु ित्ता जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 2020 और समय-समय पर दकए गए उत्तरिती संिोधनों म ें यथोजल्लजखत अनुरूपता मल्ू यांकन स्ट्कीम के अंतगचत भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो द्वारा पररभाजित प्रदिया के अनुसार लाइसेंस के दायरे कों ध्यान म ें रखते हुऐ, उत्पाद श्रंखला / रेंि अथिा समूह के संबंध म ें प्रजतदिच की न्यनू तम संख्या सुजनजित करके परीक्षण ररपोटच / प्रमाणपत्र आदद सजहत तकनीकी फाइल के साथ भारतीय मानक ब्यरू ो को आिेदन करेगा | 1 फ्रेम या एनक् लोजर का आकार - कॉन्टैक्टर् स और/या मोटर स् टाटसर् स के एक र्मूह को दर्ानस े वाला र्ब् द जिर्के बाहरी भौतिक आयाम करंट रेटटगं की रेंि के र्मान हों। 1642 GI/2025 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART I—SEC.1] 3. उत्पाद समहू न 3.1 इलक्ट्े रोमकै ेजनकल कॉन्टैक्ट्टर (कॉन्टैक्ट्टस)च और मोटर स्ट्टाटचर (स्ट्ट ाटचस)च की उत्पाद श्खरं ला: कॉन्टैक्ट्टर (कॉन्टैक्ट्टसच) और/या मोटर स्ट्टाटचर (स्ट् टाटचसच) का समूह जिसम ें एक सामान्य आकार का फ्रेम या एनक्ट् लोिर होता ह,ै िोदक अनलु ग्नक-I की ताजलका 'अ' म ें उजल्लजखत िगीकरण के अंतगचत जिजिष्टताओं के एक अजद्वतीय संयोिन के साथ करंट रेटटंग की एक श्रंखला हो। 4. नमनू ाकरण और परीक्षण 4.1 नमनू ाकरण और परीक्षण - प्रत्येक उत्पाद श्रंखला के जलए प्रकार का परीक्षण जनम्नानुसार होगा: 4.1.1 प्रत्येक उत्पाद श्रंखला की प्रकार परीक्षण ररपोटच के जलए: अजधकतम कायों के साथ सभी प्रर्ालन जनष्पादन मानदंडों को परू ा करत े हुए, तदनुरूप रेटेड प्रर्ालन िोल् टेि पर अजधकतम रेटेड प्रर्ालन करंट (या रेटेड पॉिर) िाल े कॉन्टैक्ट्टर (कॉन्टैक्ट्टसच) और/या मोटर स्ट्टाटचर (स्ट् टाटचसच) उपकरण और तदनरूु प रेटेड प्रर्ालन करंट (या रेटेड पॉिर) पर अजधकतम रेटेड प्रर्ालन िोल्टेि िाले उपकरण का परीक्षण दकया िाएगा। परीक्षण और नमनू े की संख्या आईएस/आईईसी 60947-4-1:2018 के खंड 9.1.2 और 9.3 के अनुसार होनी र्ाजहए। 4.1.2 टाइप परीक्षणों को परीक्षण अनुिमों की संख्या म ें एक साथ समूजहत दकया गया ह।ै परीक्षण आईएस/आईईसी 60947-4-1:2018 के खंड 9.1.2 और 9.3.1 म ेंपररभाजित अनुिम और प्रयोज्यता के अनुसार दकया िाएगा। नोट: स्ट्पेयर, सहायक उपकरण और उप-संयोिन उपकरण का अजभन्न अंग होत े ह।ैं उनका परीक्षण यथासंभि उपकरण के साथ दकया िाएगा। (र्ूंदक स्ट्पये र और उप-संयोिन जडिाइस का अजभन्न अगं होत े ह,ैं इसजलए इनके अलग स े परीक्षण की पररकल्पना नहीं की गई ह;ै परीक्षण करते समय सहायक उपकरणों का उपयोग दकया िाए)। यदद सहायक उपकरण दकसी अन्य मानक (आईएस/आईईसी 60947 श्रंखला) की आिश्यकता का अनुपालन कर रह े ह,ैं तो यह आिश् यक ह ैदक सहायक उपकरण संबंजधत भारतीय मानकों की आिश्यकताओं को परू ा करें। 4.1.3 प्रत्येक उत्पाद रेटटंग/दकस्ट्म ें परीक्षण के अधीन नहीं ह।ैं उत्पाद के नमून े िैसा दक परै ा 4.1.1 म ें उल्लेख दकया गया ह,ै इस समूहीकरण ददिाजनदेिों के आधार पर लाइसेंस के दायरे के तहत समान या नीर्े रेटटंग िाले सभी उत्पाद रेटटंग / दकस्ट्मों को किर करेगा। 4.1.4 उपकरणों की श्रंखला (जिनका एनक्ट्ल ोिर/फ्रेम साइि समान हो और जनमाचण म ें महत्िपूण च अंतर न हो) के जलए परीक्षण दकए िाने िाल े नमूनों का र्यन नीर् े पररभाजित इंिीजनयटरंग जनणचय पर आधाररत होगा, लेदकन यह इतन े तक ही सीजमत नहीं होगा: प्रकरण I - एकाजधक उपयोग श्ेणी िाल े कॉन्टैक्ट्टर (कॉन्टैक्ट्टसच) - आईएस/आईईसी 60947-4-1:2018 के खंड 5.4.2 के अनुसार। प्रकरण II - समान उपयोग श्ेणी के जलए कई रेटटंग िाल े कॉन्टैक्ट्टर (कॉन्टैक्ट्टसच) - अजधकतम प्रर्ालन करंट (अथिा अजधकतम पॉिर)के साथ रेटटंग, परीक्षाणाथच जिर्ार दकए िान ेके जलए घोजित उपकरण के संगत रेटेड प्रर्ालन िोल्टेि पर। प्रकरण III - तीन पोल, एयर-ब्रेक, डायरेक्ट्ट-ऑन-लाइन एसी स्ट्टाटचर, गरै-स्ट्िर्ाजलत, जिद्युत-र्ुबबकीय संर्ालन, उपयोग श्ेजणया ाँ– एसी1, एसी2, एसी3 और एसी4; जनबाचध ड्यूटी, अलगाि के जलए अनपुयक्तु , IP43, रेटेड कंरोल सर्कचट िोल्टेि: 440िोल् ट एसी तक 24िोल् ट, 50/60हर्टज़,च अजधकतम 2 एनओ + 2 एनसी सहायक कॉन् टैक्ट्ट , एससीपीडी के साथ टाइप 2 समन्िय; करंट की एक सीमा के जलए एनक्ट्ल ोिर का कोई सामान्य आकार हो। नोट: िगीकरण सांकेजतक है और दकसी भी जिजिष्ट आिश्यकता के आधार पर संभाजित िगीकरण बढाया िा सकता ह।ै अनलु ग्नक –II ताजलका ब : कॉन्टैक्ट्टर और स्ट्टाटचर कॉजबबनिे न जिन्ह ेअजतररक्त टाइप परीक्षण के जबना लाइससें के दायरे म ेंिोडा िा सकता ह ै(जिलोमत: पररजस्ट्थजत लाग ूनहीं ह)ै प्रकरण कॉन्टैक्ट्टर और स्ट्टाटचर कॉजबबनिे न पररजस्ट्थजत क) एकाजधक कॉइल टाइप और िोल्टेि िाल े यदद उत्पाद श्रंखला का परीक्षण अजधकतम VA के साथ प्रजतजनजध उत्पाद (एसी, डीसी, इलेक्ट्र ॉजनक्ट्स कॉइल के साथ दकया िाता ह,ै तो अन्य सभी िैररएंट किर दकए एसी/डीसी आदद) िाएंगे। ख) अलगाि के जलए अनुपयक्तु उत्पाद यदद अलगाि के जलए उपयुक्त उत्पाद के जलए उत्पाद श्रंखला का परीक्षण दकया िाता ह।ै[भाग I—खण् ड 1] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 5 ग) एक, दो, तीन और र्ार पोल यदद उच्च पोल संयोिन िाल ेउपकरण का परीक्षण दकया िाता है, तो पोल की समान जडिाइनों के अधीन कम पोल संयोिन िाल े उपकरण को किर दकया िाएगा। उदाहरण के जलए, 4 पोल जडिाइस परीक्षण म ें 3 पोल और 2 पोल जडिाइस िाजमल होगी, 1 पोल िाले जडिाइस का अलग से परीक्षण दकया िाएगा। घ) एकाजधक िॉटच सर्कचट ब्रेककंग क्षमता तदनुरूपी प्रर्ालन िोल्टेि के साथ उच्चतम ब्रेककंग क्षमता और (एमपीएसडी के जलए) तदनुरूपी ब्रेककंग क्षमता के साथ उच्चतम प्रर्ालन िोल्टेि का परीक्षण दकए िाने की आिश्यकता होगी। ङ) उपकरण के जलए कई प्रकार के िॉटच- बराबर या उच्चतर लेट थ्रू ऊिाच (I2t) क्षमता िाल ेएससीपीडी अन्य सर्कचट सुरक्षात्मक जडिाइस एससीपीडी को किर करत े ह।ैं (एससीपीडी) र्) जिजभन्न प्रकार के ररलीि के साथ उत्पाद यदद दकसी उत्पाद श्रंखला का परीक्षण प्रजतजनजध ररलीि के साथ (िंट, अडं र-िोल्टेि, अडं र-करंट, दकया िाता ह,ै तो यह अन्य िैररएंट को किर करेगा। तथाजप, ओिरलोड टाइम-जडले, स्ट्टाल ररल े जिजनमाचता द्वारा ऐसे सभी ररलीि के जलए घोिणा प्रदान की आदद) जिसमें अलग-अलग िाएगी। जििेिताएं/सेटटंग्स होती ह ैं छ) टाइप 2 समन्िय के जलए परख ेगए यह माना िाएगा दक टाइप 1 समन्िय भी किर गया ह।ै उत्पाद MINISTRY OF HEAVY INDUSTRIES ORDER New Delhi, the 10th March, 2025 F. No. 8(1)/2018-HEI-Part (1).––Product Specific Guidelines for Low Voltage Switchgear and Controlgear: Electromechanical Contactor(s) and Motor Starter(s) conforming to IS/IEC 60947-4-1:2018 under Electrical Equipment (Quality Control) Order and subsequent amendments made from time to time. 1. This Product Specific Guidelines/sampling shall be used for the purpose of grant of licence/change in scope of licence for Low Voltage Switchgear and Controlgear: Electromechanical Contactors and Motor Starters conforming to IS/IEC 60947-4-1:2018 under Electrical Equipment (Quality Control) Order, 2020 and subsequent amendments made from time to time and as per the procedure defined by Bureau of Indian Standards, accordingly. 2. For purpose of obtaining the licence/change in scope of licence from the Bureau, Manufacturer shall apply to Bureau of Indian Standards ascertaining the scope of licence and technical file including test report(s) /certificate(s), etc. as per the procedure defined by the Bureau of Indian Standards under the Conformity Assessment Scheme as mentioned in the Electrical Equipment (Quality Control) Order, 2020 and subsequent amendments made from time to time ensuring the minimum number of sample(s) in respect of a product series/ range or group. 3. Product Grouping 3.1 Product Series of Electromechanical Contactor(s) and Motor Starter(s) - A group of Contactor(s) and/or Motor Starter(s) having a common frame size or enclosure 1 used for a range of current ratings with a unique combination of feature(s) under classification mention in Table A at Annexure-I. 4. Sampling and Testing 4.1 sampling and testing - The type test for each product series shall be as below: 4.1.1 For each product series type test report: Contactor(s) and/or Motor Starter(s) equipment with Maximum rated operational current (or rated power), at corresponding rated operational voltage and equipment with maximum rated operational voltage, at corresponding rated operational current (or rated power), with maximum functions 1 Frame size or Enclosure - a term designating a group of contactors and/or motor-starters, the external physical dimensions of which are same to a range of current ratings.6 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART I—SEC.1] satisfying all operational performance criteria shall be tested. The test and number of sample(s) must be in accordance with the clause 9.1.2 and 9.3 of IS/IEC 60947-4-1:2018. 4.1.2 Type tests are grouped together in a number of sequences, the test shall be done as per sequence and applicability defined in clause 9.1.2 and 9.3.1 of IS/IEC 60947-4-1:2018. Note- Spares, accessories and sub-assemblies are integral part of equipment. They shall be tested as far as possible with the equipment. (Spares and sub-assemblies being the integral part of the device, separate testing is not envisaged; Accessories may please be used while testing.
