Reference: Ministry of Power (MoP) Order No. A- 1/2021-FSC-Part (5) dated 16.11.2021 In continuation to Ministiy of Power's Order No. A- 1/2021-FSC-Part (5) dated 16.11.2021 and its subsequent amendments, it has been decided to revise the Minimum Local Content (MLC) in HVDC Substation [51. No. (E)(2)6 of Annexure-IJ as under: (E) Minimum Local Content percentages in Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC)/Turnkey project: SI. Existing Provision Provision modified as No. Minimum (2) Project Local (2) Project as Minimum Local Content (%) as a whole Content a whole (%) . 30%upto3l.03.2028 HVDC " 40% from 01.04.2028 till 3 1.03.2030 HVDC 6 60 Substation " 50% from 01.04.2030 till 3 1.03.2032 Substation (LCC Type) " 60% from 01.04.2032 till 3 1.03.2035 2.
