Now, In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), read with Rule 3 of the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules, 2008, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 5327 (E) dated 13th December, 2023 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii), namely :- In the English version of said notification, the chainage of fee plaza mentioned in column (1) of Table-2 as “Km 390.760” shall be substituted by “Km 39.760”.
