उक्त भूजम में जहतबद्ध कोई भी व्यजक्त, इस अजधसूचिा के रािपत्र में प्रकािि की तारीख से तीस कदि की अवजध के भीतर, उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20घ की उपधारा (1) के अधीि उपरोक्त प्रयोिि के जलए ऐसी भूजम के अिाि और उपयोग के संबंध में आिेप कर सकेगा; प्रत्येक ऐसा आिेप सिम प्राजधकारी, अथाात् अिुजवभागीय अजधकारी (रािस्ट्व) दौसा, अलवर एवं रािस्ट्थाि को जलजखत में ककया िाएगा और उसमें उसके आधार उपवर्णात ककए िाएंगे और सिम प्राजधकारी, आिेपकताा को या तो व्यजक्तगत रूप से या जवजधव्यवसायी के माध्यम से सुिवाई का अवसर प्रदाि करेगा और सभी ऐसे आिेपों की सुिवाई करिे तथा ऐसी और िांच, यकद कोई हो, करिे के पश्चात, जिसे सिम प्राजधकारी आवश्यक समझे, आदेि द्वारा, या तो आिेपों को अिुज्ञात या अििुज्ञात कर सकेगा उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20घ की उपधारा (2) के अधीि सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा ककया गया कोई आदेि अंजतम होगा; Any person interested in the said land may within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section (1) of section 20 D of the said Act; Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority namely, Sub- Divisional Officer Basawa Dist.- Dausa and Sub- Divisional Officer Reni Dist.- Alwar in,, Rajasthan in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the Competent Authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard either in person or by legal practitioner and may after hearing such objections and after making such further enquiry if any as the Competent Authority thinks necessary by order either allow or disallow the objections;
