टेनस्ट्टंग एवं कमीिनिगं हते ु अपेजित ह,ै ऐसी भूजम का अिाि करिे के अपि ेआिय की घोषणा की गई थी;
और उक्त अजधसूचिा का सार अजधजियम की धारा 20 अ की उपधारा (4) के अधीि िैजिक समाचार पत्रों, अथाात ्
"िैजिक िागरण" और "दि टाइम्स ऑफ इजण्डया" में तारीख 22 िूि, 2025 को प्रकाजित दकया गया था; और, इस
पररयोििा में प्राप्त सभी अिपे ों का जिस्ट्तारण सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा कर दिया गया ह ै और सिम प्राजधकारी िे उक्त
अजधजियम की धारा 20ड की उपधारा (1) के अिुसरण में केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपिी ररपोटा सौंप िी ह ै ;

अतः अब केन्द्रीय सरकार, सिम प्राजधकारी से उक्त ररपोटा के प्राप्त होिे पर और उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20ड
की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक इसमें उपाबद्ध अिूसूची में जवजिर्िाष्ट
भूजम पूवोक्त प्रयोिि के जलए अर्िात की िाएगी ।
यह और केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20ड की उपधारा (2) के अिुसरण म ें यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक
रािपत्र म ें इस अजधसूचिा के प्रकाजित होिे पर इसम ें उपाबद्ध अिूसूची म ें जवजिर्िाष्ट भूजम सभी जवलंगमों स े मुक्त होकर
केन्द्रीय सरकार म ेंआतयांदकत रूप स े जिजहत हो िाएगी ।

NOTIFICATION
Prayagraj, the 24th July, 2025
S.O. 3539(E).—Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Railway (North
Central Railway, Construction department), Notification number, S.O. 196 (E) dated the 16th April, 2025 published
in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3 Sub Section (ii), dated 17th June, 2025 (hereinafter referred to
as the said notification) and issue under sub-section (1) of section 20A of the Railways (Amendment) Act. 2008 (11of
2008) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declares its intention to acquire the land
specified in the schedule annexed the said notification for the purpose of Design, Supply, Erection, Testing &
Commissioning of Sub-Sectioning & Paralleling Post (SSP) of Special Railway Project, namely Special Railway
Project of Raising of Speed to 160kmph/200kmph on existing New Delhi-Hawrah route (incl. Kanpur-
Lucknow) in District Hathras of the state of Uttar Pradesh.
And, whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in the daily newspapers "Dainik Jagran"
and "The Times of India" Dated 22 June, 2025 under sub-section (4) of section 20A of the said Act;
And whereas, all the objections received in this project have been disposed of by the Competent Authority;
And, whereas, in pursuance of sub-section 20E of the said Act, the Competent Authority has submitted its
report the Central Government;
Now, therefore, upon receipt of the report of the Competent Authority, and in exercise of the powers
conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands
specified in the schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And, further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby
declares that on publication of this notification in the official Gazette, the land specified in the Schedule annexed here
to shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances.
And, that all persons interested in the above mentioned land in pursuance of sub-section (04) of section 20(F)
of the said Act by the Central Government are hereby informed that they may, personally or through an agent or legal
practitioner, be notified by the competent authority Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sasni/SLAO Hathras, can submit
his claim in the next 20 days from the date of publication of this notification in the office of the Competent Authority.
