And, whereas the substance of the said notification 20 A was published as per section 20A sub section (4) in the daily Newspapers, Navbharat (Hindi) Bilaspur Edition on 27.11.2024 and Rashtriy Vijay Mail (Hindi) Korba Edition on 27.11.2024.
